GoogleLived in a Belvoir property for a year and a half. The people that work in the office are very nice however sometimes it was difficult to contact them and response times were slow if people were off on annual leave. The main issue for me came with the land lord that they were representing. I had an ongoing maintenance issue from November 2023 till when I left the property in February 2024, it was never resolved. The land lord tried to hike up rent prices to pay for the cost of the repairs, which is why we ended up leaving. I also believe the land lord acted in extremely bad faith with regards to the deposit. I believe more vetting needs to be done by Belvoir to avoid these rogue land lords that they represent.

He’d respond straight away with email or phone, he would always update me with every step and for a first time renting was very important to me. I’m new to moving out I had no clue what everything meant and he was very helpful and explained everything to me. We have checked the system and can see that one of the Lettings team left a voicemail for you at 8.40am on the 12th June and then subsequently spoke to you later that day at 3.48pm. We are averaging 35 rental applications per property so the team are working very hard to get back to each enquiry although response times can be slower in peak Summer months. GoogleWe used Belvoir for our move a sale and purchase. I must say I do believe if we hadn't we would not have bought our dream house. Sian our estate agent was excellent and did an amazing job. She found another buyer during lockdown when our buyer pulled out. I was blown away by her professionalism, how she went the extra mile to save our chain and get everything back on track during exceptionally difficult circumstances. If you are selling your home these are the estate agents for you.

GoogleHaving used both Belvoir's lettings and sales departments I can say I am extremely happy with the service from both. The staff were always quick and responsive to issues that arose in the renting and then selling of my property. They have always been friendly and professional. Most recently, Sian put in a lot of work to complete a sale that was very drawn out and delayed by Covid. I have had dealings with three separate letting agents and three different sales agents in Swansea over the past 2 decades. She was very helpful and informative and ensured us about all our concerns and questions. Over the period of time working with Belvoir she always re insured us and helped us with any questions or problems we encountered. GoogleI rented a flat with Belvoir, at the beginning they were really responsive and helpful then after I had to pay the whole rent upfront, the service was really disappointing. I sent several emails to ask some informations during my stay in the flat and they would never reply to my emails or answer my calls. GoogleQuality service from start to finish. The marketing of our property was excellent, the 360 tour males Belvoir stand out. With the house selling for above the asking price within 5 days of going on the market. What stood out was the quality of service from Sian and Daffydd from this point on, ensuring the whole sale process went through smoothly and quickly. We ended up completing on the sale within 8 weeks from the house going to market. Highly recommended.

The teams communication really was excellent, they kept us and our buyer in touch with every development along the chain. They had high level knowledge of the whole conveyencing process and were able to guide us through every step. The sale went through relatively stress free and a large part of which is due to the team at Belvoir! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to move.
