Both before and after signing the tenant’s contract the agents (Anthony and Brenda respectively) have answered questions and addressed issues promptly and effectively. The agency provides helpful guidance, documentation and advice to tenants after they move in, and they organise repairs upon inspection or the request of the tenant

Great customer service with friendly staff who did a great job helping me understand the process of buying my first home. The Trusted AgentBelvoir have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish in managing the rental of my home. They have kept me up to date on all progress, are always available to answer my queries & the whole process has run smoothly. There has only been one glitch to mention, which was IT related & its that I was not informed of a viewing at my property. This was raised with Belvoir & dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend their services.

The Trusted AgentI can???t speak highly enough of Belvoir. My family have rented with them for over two years and during that time they have been wonderful. Always prompt in resolving our enquiries and professional. Anthony Roige deserves a mention because he has been fantastic. I always felt he goes above and beyond his job and if I couldn???t get hold of someone then he would assist with my enquiries. Very knowledgable and personable I can???t fault him. We are leaving our rental to buy our first home now but I???m sure any new tenants will be in safe hands.
