GoogleReally bad experience. Dishonest, arrogant, rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I was renting a property from belvoir, when I moved in to the property, the gas certificate was about to expire. They knew this, but they then gave me notice the day before to come and service the boiler. I had arranged with belvoir for the gas engineer to call the next day in the afternoon. The morning of that day they gave a key to the engineer, and he let himself into my flat, which was not only a shock, but It was also embarassing as I was getting dressed. I Contacted belvoir after the engineer had gone. I told them how disgusted I was, but there was no apology. Avoid this estate agent at all cost !

GoogleThey don't answer their phone, you email them and ask a someone to ring you back - they don't and they do not update their signs outside the property.

GoogleUsed Belvior for both renting out a property and selling another. They managed to secure a good rental value on the property and excellent tenants. On the sale we were transferred into the capable hands of Daf midway through the sale. He made the process much more efficient, despite the best efforts of our solicitors to be little more than useless. Through regular communication with myself and all other parties, Daf ensured the best possible outcome, mediating the sale for a smooth completion. Thanks!

GoogleDisgusted Absolutely the worst estate agent that I have ever had to deal with. I would not have taken the property if I knowed is so difficult to deal with this agency "belvoir" . We left the house from 30 days and still no deposit returned always when we call to ask about the deposit nobody is available. We finish our contract after 3 years of tenancy with all the views (every 3 months) excellent ! The agency try to find any reason now to claim my deposit ! We left the house spotless much better like was 3 years ago and I can prove with photos and emails. Don’t have enough time left in my life to list all the reasons this agency is appalling. Rude, dishonest, disrespectful, uninformed, patronising and a disgrace. One piece of advice DO NOT USE BELVOIR !!!

GoogleI recently sold my house with Belvoir and I have to say the service was outstanding. From the first phone call, the response was incredible and the house was up on the market in no time. Throughout the process the whole team, regardless if they were involved in the sale or not, were always helpful and assisted in whatever I needed. Usually these processes can be stressful and have proven so in the past, but with a team like Belvoir behind you it made it comfortable and stress free. The professionalism displayed throughout is uncomparable to the others in the property market I have ever experienced. It goes without saying that they will be handling any further sales or rentals I am involved in. Thank you once again Belvoir, it has been an absolute pleasure!

GoogleI recently had to sell my mother's property and was advised by a colleague of mine to contact Belvoir in Swansea Firstly I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could negotiate the sale in both English and Welsh I have found Belvoir to be very professional, kind and caring. I can not speak too highly of all the team and would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone who is contemplating selling or renting their property in the future.

We received excellent service from Arwel Rees, the Agent from Belvoir helping us with our move. He was very friendly and helpful as were his team when we needed assistance with the application forms. He was also quick to get back with any queries. We were regularly kept up to date with what was going on too. Very happy customers.

GoogleUnhelpful, and misleading about a property we were very interested in renting. The person I spoke to was rude and seemed more interested in covering her own backside than helping a very keen potential customer. If a property is definitely 'No pets' then make sure this is mentioned on your website and RightMove, and stop wasting peoples' time and, in our case, money. A typical example of an agent that cares more about the landlord than the people who will actually live in the property, and pay the rent. Landlord's must accept that people have pets, and that there is a natural wear and tear from the day-to-day living of life.

GoogleAs I took up a new job in Swansea University I was looking for accommodation. I looked up on Zoopla and found a flat that was let by Belvoir. Chris from Belvoir, did a sterling job and took care of the entire process from my viewing the property to all the paper work and within a week I had the flat that I liked, ready to be taken over from the agreed date. GoogleThe estate agent was very pleasant, easy to contact and facilitating. Any queries were immediately answered or the information was found out and corresponded with me quickly. Being a first time buyer I was unsure of the process when purchasing however Belvoir were quick to put me at ease and tell me all that I needed to know. I had contact with Ceri who was didn't make me feel pushed or rushed during viewings or when deciding to proceed or not, the advice given felt honest. Unfortunately for myself the house that I was looking to go ahead with purchasing was taken off of the market but this hasn't stopped Belvoir from continuing to attempt to find me a home that matches my criteria.

GoogleAfter having a terrible experience with another agency in Swansea I sat down and had a chat with those at Belvoir. The service they provide is second to none. From a personal perspective of being in the Military there are some things you don't want to worry about whilst deployed and my property is one of them. Belvoir totally embraced and embodied professionalism for me and when emailing whilst in Afghanistan they promptly dealt with the issues with little involvement required on my part. I have been with this agency over two years now and they have never delayed a payment to my account and have always been prompt to get multiple quotes when work was required on my property. Belvoir Swansea truly are the cream of the crop.

GoogleGreat team. They are open for our littlest requests and keep us up to date regarding the state of our flat. Sure sometimes communications breakdown which is both sides fault. The only error they made is sending a laundry machine handyman back and had their own handy man install it while ours had instalment included. They were very professional about it deposited the difference back. Even with this, I love the team and surely looking forward to expand our portfolio with them. The only thing we would like is a more detailed report of how many people had viewed the property each week (when on the market). Personally, I know Belvoir is handling it so I can live with it.
