GoogleI have just transferred my two rental cottages from another agency, and I have been very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy with which Belvoir have handled the transition. I much prefer to deal with smaller locally run agencies, as the staff tend to know you better, and work well together. This has certainly proved to be the case with Belvoir, and I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleThis is the worst letting agency in the United Kingdom, I live in their Swansea property and they are very horrible and are of no help, they just ask for the rent and if anything happens while you’re the the property they would pay no attention

To get the right tenant for the property is always my no. 1 priority (over every other consideration, rent, speed, etc.) and Arwel has diligently paid attention to my needs and has been providing consistently good tenants. GoogleMy initial experience with Belvoir! was pretty positive that was up until I agreed to use them to let my property. Communication has been appalling and as a new landlord I really needed a company to offer more support. Emails have gone unanswered even when I have raised concerns. Sadly I would not recommend them

GoogleI had a very short timeframe to find a new tenant for my rental property and Belvoir managed to achieve this quicker than expected. Sam kept me updated on a regular basis and importantly qualified all applicants to ensure suitable tenants were placed. Would highly recommend to anyone.
