Swansea Marina is situated in the the city’s historic award winning Maritime Quarter and combines the vibrancy of a city centre location with the tranquillity of a waterfront and beach resort. Swing bridges and locks, yachts, boats, listed buildings and sculptures all add to the atmosphere as do cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Alongside and linked by an iconic Sail Bridge, is SA1, a £138million dockside development. Marina or SA1, there’s so much to do all within walking distance. Water sports on the beach, sailing lessons, cinemas, bowling and nightlife. The City Centre is a vibrant hub with over 230 shops and a fabulous market that’s home to all sorts of local delicacies. The LC, a superb multi-million pound leisure complex and water park is literally a stone’s throw away, as is the National Waterfront Museum telling the story of Wales’ industrial and maritime history, Swansea Museum, the oldest museum in Wales as well as The Dylan Thomas Centre which hosts a permanent exhibition on Dylan Thomas. For sports fans, both Swansea City FC and Ospreys Rugby Club share the majestic Liberty Stadium a short drive away. GoogleKelly and the Dawsons team were helpful and focussed on finding us a buyer. They gave feedback after each viewing, arranged for gas & electric tests and EPC and kept us informed of progress with the management company. They also provided a house clearance team. I would certainly recommend their friendly, expert service.

GoogleFirst time selling a house so was a little naive to the process, C Res kept us informed every step of the way. We had a big issue with the buyers solicitors dragging there feet and C Res supported us as the bridge between ourselves and the buyers on getting the house sold. Special thanks to Ang at C Res for the help with the electrical cert also. Above and beyond and excellent service. A++++++++++++

GoogleI had never sold a house before and it's supposed to be quite stressful but Angi put me at ease straight away with her professional but friendly manner. She was confident that it would sell and she managed that no problem and got me more than I was expecting whilst not overpricing it. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful so I have no reservations about recommending them, so buying or selling i will certainly be using their services again. GoogleFrom the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. I am so glad I chose that agency felt like part the family there, I still pop in to say hello once in a while, they are always glad to see you. Outstanding group of staff there.

FacebookI can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Thanks you so much Sarah.
