We were fortunate to find a buyer via word of mouth, so we didn't have an estate agent ourselves. Unfortunately, our Buyers Solicitor and Our Solicitor were extremely slow, and I constantly had to chase them for an update - my phone calls would usually go unanswered. We purchased an apartment through Dawsons, and we were very impressed with their efficiency. We were able to view the apartment twice in a week, when we wanted to, On top of that, Lisa, Kelly and Viv always answered my emails, and answered my phone calls & queries as soon as they could. Without them chasing the Solicitors up for me ( something they did not have to do for us since they weren't involved in the Sale of our house ) the move would have taken twice as long. I knew I could rely on them to help out and give advise. My father and I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We sold our apartment via Dawsons. Initially Lisa marketed the property and following the receipt of an offer on the property a few months later, the sale was managed by Viv Jones.
Whilst the sale took longer than expected,with delays from various Authroities and management Companies, I found both Lisa & Viv very patient and helpful. They managed the sale efficiently, keeping me informed of all developments and giving matters a helping push when necessary.
I was very pleased with the service offered by Dawsons.

We purchased our Marina flat through Dawsons, with Corey taking the lead role and Danielle always ready to help out. What an excellent job they did. Fantastically helpful throughout; showing us the property three times, knowing the details of properties and area, chasing up questions and issues, responding promptly to our every phone/email message, keeping us in touch with the vendor and his solicitors. If we ever sold this flat (and we won't !!) we would definitely sell through Dawsons.

A sale of the flat was always going to be difficult in view of a dispute between the builder and the leaseholders. The flat was valued realistically in view of the difficulties, and Dawsons provided a skilful service in finding buyers who understood the nature of the sale. Some were clearly "bottom fishers", but an offer was accepted at the asking price. Dawsons helped to steer the sale to a successful conclusion. All staff were helpful and responsive, although sometimes a little reactive.
