We live away initially in Australia and now in Scotland so for landlords looking for a property management company that live away you will be in safe hands with Dawson’s Marina. They responded to tenants issues very efficiently and keep you in the loop while they resolve. Recently we sold our flat and Dawson’s took care of that for us also, from start to finish Kelly and her team were proactive and were on the case and we had updates. We sold our property with Dawson’s in the marina, with the property having completed last week. Our property was under offer within 3 weeks! Cannot recommend the team enough. Aisha, Lisa and Kelly held the viewings for our property and were fantastic in both selling and their immediate follow up of the feedback from the viewings. Proceeding the offer, Kelly was our main point of contact and she was absolutely brilliant! We spoke on a nearly day to day basis regarding updates, and our flat took just under 3 months to complete! Kelly was fantastic in following up with our buyers and buyers solicitor, her help massive pushed this sale along.

Having had a sale fall through with a previous agent, I was somewhat nervous as to how my sale would proceed. Right from the start James and the team made me confident that they would be able to sell my property, quickly and efficiently. They quickly placed my property on the market and the effort that was put in to sell the property was immense. Whilst the purchaser was somewhat difficult to deal with, they put my mind at ease and relentlessly pursued the sale for me, coordinating with my solicitor and keeping me fully informed throughout. Angi especially went over and above to make sure that I was looked after as their customer and it made me feel that I was the teams number 1 priority. Awful customer service from start to finish. We were given a dirty flat with live wires hanging out of the wall. When we raised this serious safety issue, we were unbelievably told to cut them ourselves. The flat smelled dirty and was advertised as “furnished,” which turned out to mean one two-seater sofa and nothing else. We had no hot water for the first three weeks, and every time we contacted them about it, they seemed irritated rather than concerned. For the final couple of months, we were forced to live with a leak coming through the ceiling. We had to replace buckets of water every single day, with no clear explanation of where the water was coming from or proper action taken. Overall, a completely unacceptable experience. Poor standards, unsafe conditions, and dismissive management. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
