I could not be more happier with the service. The staff at frost as so friendly and always available to answer my questions. As im a first time buyer i went with the services of Chet Patel as a mortgage broker, he went slow, explained everything and answered all my questions. He knew exactly what i needed to bring with me to make the entire process as smooth as can be. We went through all the mortgage options together and decided on the perfect one and plans for the next step of what to do after. He even filled in all the paper work. Honestly would have been lost without his knowledge and guidance. His fees are also very reasonable too. I have no complaints and would definitely use him again. I cannot recommend him enough.

As a tenant the experience with Frost wasn't that great. Luckily we hardly had any maintenance issues while in their properties, and our landlords have always been hands-on and brilliant at getting things done themselves. The low review is based purely on their organisation and management. We would get six month inspection emails quarterly, dates would be mixed up and they would confirm one date with us and another with the landlord, landlord requests would be agreed and then forgotten leaving it to us, the tenants, to remind them. Even after vacating we received another email requesting an inspection and we had to remind them that we had vacated already and were waiting for them to sort the deposit dilapidation's. After vacating we received an email saying £210.00 would be deducted from our deposit for missing items, not a lot of money, but all the items were in the property. Luckily the landlord confirmed this with them again so that they could remove these charges. We were then promised the deposit refund would be received within 5 working days, we received this 9 days later after chasing and was told it was because their accounts department missed the email confirming release. They aren't horrible, they're just not an organised professional company.

I found the whole team of Frost - Staines who looked after the sale of our house very helpful and dedicated to understanding our needs, scheduling viewings and tuning their sales pitch accordingly. They were very helpful in presenting to us the market conditions and discussing our options in general as well as with respect to particular prospective buyers. These are challenging times in the housing market (at least for sellers in the South-East) and the process of buying and selling is complicated enough for problems to arise in the smoothest of transactions. The Frost team did a marvelous job at helping us navigate through these and we found them more in tune with our concerns and particular circumstances compared to other estate agents that we dealt with.

Fantastic service by great agents

After a long period of having no luck with selling our home, we met with Jamie at Frost to see if they could help. From the first moment Frost were brilliant. They sold our house very quickly (and twice! after our first buyer pulled out!). I found the service to be extremely honest and going to totally beyond expectations of an agent.. even helping us to chase our vendors on a slow sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Frost to anyone. They are by far the best agent in Staines.

Dreadful - do not use

I have recently rented a flat managed by the Frost Partnership. They are entirely focused on making the sale. Once the contract has been signed and you have paid your money the level of service drops dramatically. They outsource every aspect of setting up the tenancy from producing the contract to the inventory and check-in and charge you for the privilege while they take a profit on all of the fees. They also arranged for a third party company to switch our energy supplier even though we had ticked the box expressly asking them not to do this. We are being inundated by people calling to take over our utilities and did not find out in time to cancel these transfers. Now I'm trying to get everything sorted out The Frost Partnership don't respond to emails or return my calls.

My wife and I have been letting property since 2013 and have always used The Frost Partnership. We have tried other agents but have not been impressed. Some are unprofessional and overbearing but Frost have always come up with the goods. We have just re-let our property through them and once again and have been pleased with their service. I would particularly like to compliment their letting negotiator Amy Meades on her excellent work in getting the property let so quickly in a difficult market and for her friendly, helpful attitude. The Staines Frost Partnership Branch Manager - Jamie King and Sales Manager - Daragh MacSweeney did an outstanding job with the sale of our property. They provided excellent market advice and made the sale process very painless. This was a difficult situation as we could only be in the UK when the property was first put on the market and then again when contracts were exchanged. We received good, clear communications throughout the process that kept us up to date on how the sale was progressing and weekly property inspections were made that gave us piece of mind that the property was okay. Great, reliable and very informative

During the sell and purchase of my properties James, Cheryl and Sophie helped me successfully purchase my new property although it was through another estate agent and quickly sell my property I was moving from. They were all very patient, very flexible, and super quick to respond to any of my questions and/or concerns. Although there were some delays which was no fault of any of those mentioned above I was made to feel at ease and was constantly kept informed throughout the process.
