Great Branch and Amazing Team

Having recently moved into our new house, I can’t help but be thankful for all the work the team and Frost Staines have done in both selling our Flat but also in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I especially want to thank Jamie, the Branch Manager who has been with us every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond to make sure every question was answered, even when the branch was closed, showing how much he values client care and satisfaction. I would happily recommend Frost to friends and family and will be in the future whenever people in the Staines and local area are looking to sell or buy. Mr & Mrs Armstrong

Professional, responsive and Informative. Very easy to work with.

I had been a landlord of a property in The Oaks, Staines for 10 years. When it came time to sell I engaged the Agent who was managing the letting process for me.. Their service was unfortunately appalling and grossly unprofessional so I transferred the sale to Frosts. The difference in the Agents was amazing. Frosts were professional, kept me fully informed of the interest in the property, gave me feedback on each viewing and kept the sale moving along at a great pace. They made it all seem so easy; even helping me clear out the flat when the sale closed. I only wish I had engaged Frosts sooner.

Professional and Helpful

We used the The Frost Partnership in Staines to sell our flat. During the whole process they acted in a professional manner. For reasons beyond their control the whole process took an unusually long time and Andy Thomson was particularly helpful and proactive in progressing the legal aspects of the transaction.

Laleham Property Sale

The Staines Frost Partnership Branch Manager - Jamie King and Sales Manager - Daragh MacSweeney did an outstanding job with the sale of our property. They provided excellent market advice and made the sale process very painless. This was a difficult situation as we could only be in the UK when the property was first put on the market and then again when contracts were exchanged. We received good, clear communications throughout the process that kept us up to date on how the sale was progressing and weekly property inspections were made that gave us piece of mind that the property was okay. We would highly recommend the Staines Frost Partnership to other potential sellers.

Sale of property

Frosts in Staines (Darragh and Jake) worked particularly hard to sell our property and were supportive all throughout the process which ended up lengthy.. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of selling a property..
