Wonderful service from Danielle Sprenger We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively, we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.

FacebookWe chose to sell our house with Frost Partnerships Staines after the excellent service my father received during the sale of his house in 2017. All members of the sales team were professional, polite and friendly. They followed their company covid guidelines and ensured any viewers did too. We had particular confidence in Jamie King who was focused on securing the best possible price for our property with reliable buyers. He seemed to have a 6th sense in this regard and was able to identify time wasters. Having not moved house for 35 years he guided us through the process with patience and understanding and always returned our calls in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his team.

FacebookI would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and don’t care at all about anything but making money I’ve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff
