Everyone has an opinion sometimes prejudged on estate agents some can be good or bad. We marketed our house for sale with Oasis in Staines and have been very impressed. The team are excellent to work with always willing to speak on the phone or in person and each knowing the situation on our house without having to wait for a colleague to be back in office or because they are off. We had lots of viewings and offers on house during its time on sale and through no fault of Oasis lost buyers as they pulled out (messed us around!) so did not sell our house as we lost the one we were buying. Communication was always excellent with Oasis and they did everything to sell our property so we could move. Marketing on rightmove and other platforms was professionally presented with pictures of house looking great to sell house. Viewings were well organised with great fed back after each with followup calls a day or two later. Would recommend Oasis Estate Agents in Staines and we will use them again to sell our house if we find another property we like.

From the outset Stephen Harvey’s passion and professionalism were obvious which is reflected in his equally committed team. In particular, realistic pricing and good marketing resulted in a very quick offer, at the asking price, which went through to a trouble free sale. However, Oasis did not rest on their laurels at this point but provided a coordinator to keep abreast of the sale. In this role Karen Stanton was invaluable; returning our calls and emails promptly, she quickly provided information which enabled us to keep up to date so that we could move things along as necessary. This is the link that is all too often missing and without which the buyer/seller is left in the dark. Moving homes is supposed to be the most stressful experiences in a lifetime...however using Oasis removed this stress. From when we first popped into the branch to be kindly met by Spencer, we explained what we wanted and he literally pulled out exactly what we was looking for & when we viewed we instantly fell in love! I highly reccomend Oasis! We originally went down the online only route with Yopa having benn sold the whole “you get the same service for a fraction of the price” deal. After our first offer fell through, we had no doubt we needed Oasis. They were honestly exceptional. We never ever felt sold to, they found a great balance between getting us the best price for our house but also helping us understand the market and consulting with us using their expertise! Nothing was ever too much trouble. I always felt like I was their only client the service was that personal. We categorically would not have received the same elsewhere or got our sale over the line so quickly! From our inistail meeting with Ryan right the way through to completion the service was exceptional! A special mention must go to Roberto and to Spencer. They kept me calm when things got a little pressured (we were buying a new build so were under pressure from the developers to work fast and we were also doing this 2 Months before our wedding) and they did everything they could to help both us and our buyers, in fact they went above and beyond. Honestly, you are in safe hands with the guys, you don’t need anyone else. Poor Spencer spoke to me nearly every day and was always cheerful and helpful, he never got frustrated with me or avoided my calls, he was extra happy to help. On exchange day, we got phone calls from Ryan, Spencer and even Roberto who’s Dad was unwell at the hospital, I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. If you are thinking of buying a house- trust these guys, they won’t do the hard sell or lead you down the wrong path. If you are selling your house, don’t even think twice, use Oasis!
