Simply the best in Staines-upon-Thames

I was very lucky when my letting agent recommended Oasis Staines when the time had come to sell my property in Church Street which we had owned for some thirty years. All the staff were excellent although I must single out Aimee Bryett who was involved throughout. Unfortunately, through no fault of Oasis I was in a chain which eventually broke. During this difficult period Aimee kept me fully informed and sane as property chains can be very stressful. Oasis quickly found another purchaser and the transaction proceeds to a conclusion notwithstanding some weakness on the part of the purchaser's solicitor. Lots of stress in property transactions but with the the Oasis team these can be controlled.. Well done Oasis and in particular Aimee and Steven Harvey for all the work you did for me. Where do I start!

I have to say dealing with ISIS Residential homes and in particular Aimiee Bryett was a pleasure from start to finish. My wife and I had endured a particularly bad experience prior to Christmas with a separate agent so we were apprehensive about whom to approach next regarding the sale of our property. Well, ALL those fears were put to bed after meeting Aimiee. From the word go we had honesty, which I think, is the most important attribute from a seller's perspective.

Fantastic service!

They were great!

We sold our property through OASiS. They helped us from start to finish by helping us with the right time to sell, how to market the property and get viewings. It took less then a week to have viewings and offers. They took great pictures, made a great advert. Amiee then proceeded to help us with our potential buyers and our own problems when they arose. Always at the end of the phone or email and ready to help out. Amiee and the team worked really hard to sort out insurances and solicitors and other details. We sat down a few times in the office just so they could update is on where we were at and what they needed and solicitors needed.

I made the difficult decision to sell my 94 year old grandmother's house which she had lived in for 40 years as she could no longer manage on her own. I contacted Isis and Steven Harvey came and met me at the house and was very sensitive and not at all pushy but spent a lot of time talking me through the various options of selling and letting to raise money for her care home fees. When I decided to go ahead Amiee Bryett was appointed as my contact and within a few days the property was successfully marketed and several buyers made offers. Amiee helped me to decide which buyer would be best to proceed with. Unfortunately my buyer's buyer pulled out but within days a new one was found and by careful negotiation handled by Amiee and renegotiation on the sale price the chain was put together again. Amiee kept me informed every step of the way and communication couldn't have been better. I was very impressed with the service I received and the advice I was given and would thoroughly recommend Isis.

Totally fair, straight forward and everyone knew who the client was in the office, Having had my home with another local agent, Oasis were leagues ahead; on, communication, answering left messages, far superior photos, and friendly professional team. I would always recommend this company as the only option to use in Staines. Estate agents sadly never have a good name, my first experience, nearly put me off totally with the other agent, but Oasis, in my opinion, made me feel that they are not all the same, Far from it, constant updates, and first person viewed offered full asking price, I wish Oasis all success, they deserve to be number one in Staines and your best option.
