Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased my first property through Oasis Estate Agents and I have to say ever since the offer was accepted I had nothing but rude service from Leigh Hamblin. This was extremely disappointing for me as I had heard good reviews in the past from Oasis. I found it very shocking once contracts were exchanged to receive a letter from a member of your sales team, thanking me for letting them be able to assist in this purchase despite having never spoken to this member of staff and not receiving one bit of assistance from them. I definitely will not be using this agency for any services in the future and feel that Leigh was incredibly unprofessional both on the phone and in his poor written communication via email.

We recently purchased a house through Isis and I can honestly say I have never come across such professionalism. From the very first moment I was introduced to Amiee I was impressed by her, she is extremely organised, helpful and just generally brilliant. She kept the chain moving, dealt with any small issues along the way with ease, always called when she said she would and was a joy to work with, especially as the agent we were selling with were so rubbish (but that\'s another story.) A refreshing experience.

I met Crispin Jones from Isis in around January 2014. I informed him my wife and I were looking for 2 bedroom investment properties within a specified area of Staines and had a fixed business plan. We explained that we had been looking for a while with mixed results from other agents and we had in place the funds and solicitors in place. He took time to understand our requirements and began his search for us, we felt we had a personal friend/agent on our side from the first meeting. A few weeks went past and he kept us informed of several properties that had come on to the market, we viewed a few properties and found several which met our requirements. This was at a time when the market was red hot. Crispin helped us secure an ideal property besides the river Thames which was perfect for our needs, we viewed and offered immediately. The vendors found a property a few months later and the roller coaster of purchasing property started. I would say this was the most fractious and stressful purchases we have endured in 25 years with at times all things going wrong at the same time, but through this ordeal of 6 months we could always rely on the professional and approachable nature of Isis and especially Crispin Jones. He took time out to help negotiate away most of the issues that arose in this problematic purchase by breaking down the problems and smoothing them out to all parties satisfaction. I would without hesitation recommend Crispin Jones and Isis to any of my friends and business circle.

It was a long process but we got there in the end, mostly thanks to Cheryl. I suspect she has a future in conveyancing if she decides to change careers. Certainly, way more 'on it' than any of the solicitors! Oasis in general were professional and very helpful with any issues that arose. Always friendly and positive even in the times when I'm sure they felt nothing but frustration. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as the best agents in Staines.

My name is Angela Winkler, I veiwed a property online for sale by Oasis in Staines. When I phoned about the property I was told by Cheryl that unfortunatly the property was under offer, but there was another property listed by Oasis in Sunbury. I veiwed the property in person fell in love with it an put an offer on the property. which was promtly accepted. Then in due course there was a church clause in the property which did not cover me for the church charging me a large sum of money. Cheryl did not push me to buy and looked after my best interests and mental wellbeing and advised me not to persue.. Cheryl then gave me the best news ever and told me my dream home in Staines had come back on the Market and in the words of Dorathey THERS NO PLACE LIKE HOME,. I am now looking forward to moving in. Ms Slark is a true property Angel .

Feedback on Cheryl Slark

I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service I received from Cheryl Slark last year. Cheryl initially showed me the house that I subsequently bought. She clearly articulated my needs to enable my purchase to the vendor/seller and facilitated communication so that were both able to meet an agreement on my requirements for a purchase. Cheryl was excellent in keeping up to date with every step of the sale and regularly contacted the solicitors, the seller and myself. All of her efforts led to a successful sale in less than 6 weeks. I was delighted. She was friendly, accessible and clearly listened to my needs. I also received an evaluation for the sale of my flat from her. The information that was provided was a good up to date market research of local properties and the evaluation was to my expectation. Again, the service was reliable and professional.

While searching for houses we registered with as many estate agents we could but only Oasis seemed to listen to our requirements and provide details of proerties that met this criteria. Many estate agents inundate you with properties that don't meet your specification and many weekends were waisted by agents strongly recommending we view properties that turned out to be nothing like how they were advertised.
