View AgentsI bought my property with ISIS, they then rented it and property managed it for me. I have now sold the apartment with ISIS, in particular with Keith Howard. Keith has really done an outstanding job in all roles, I trust him totally and gave him permission to act on my behalf when dealing with OM property management. He is very active, prompt with reporting and solving any problems and I always felt he had my best interest as priority. There is also a very attentive and competent team behind Keith who have always responded quickly in his absence. I unreservedly recommend ISIS to any buyer, seller or landlord. View AgentsClaire makes being a landlord as hassle free as possible
Claire works hard to make sure it's as hassle free as possible for me to be a landlord. She is proactive, helpful and 'can do'. She gives me peace of mind that the property and tenants are being looked after and that if anything is needed, she will sort it (and quickly) whilst keeping me in the loop all the time. Recently she went the extra mile by certifying documents I needed for re-mortgaging and sending them over the same day, and by going to the property to take photos of work we'd had done so that I could see the results. These touches save me a lot of time, stress and hassle, and keep me in touch with my property, which I'm unable to visit myself.
