In process of buying our first home we been in contact with many estate agents but the experience with Oasis Estate agent was amazing, we bought our dream home through Oasis. It was wonderful experience. Whole team @ Oasis are brilliant , specially “Spencer “ been amazing , very calm , sincere and great sense of humour It was like personalised service . Always prompt in reply , Very professional and fair .We have had to view same property few times but Oasis / Spencer was so accommodating and liaised with seller to smoothen the visit etc. For few personal reasons we have had to delay the completion but Team @ Oasis and Spencer were very supportive and kept myself and seller updated all the time . The lady on the reception gave me complementary freebie on key collection and also sent me Info in what next after moving in !!! Very pleased Thank you so much The best bunch of people I have seen in property business😊 Welldone Team Oasis Keep up Great Work !

After Elle, Connie and Liz found ideal tenants for us, Kayleigh made the process of getting the property ready for letting and completing all the necessary documentation really easy. Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased my first property through Oasis Estate Agents and I have to say ever since the offer was accepted I had nothing but rude service from Leigh Hamblin. This was extremely disappointing for me as I had heard good reviews in the past from Oasis. I found it very shocking once contracts were exchanged to receive a letter from a member of your sales team, thanking me for letting them be able to assist in this purchase despite having never spoken to this member of staff and not receiving one bit of assistance from them. I definitely will not be using this agency for any services in the future and feel that Leigh was incredibly unprofessional both on the phone and in his poor written communication via email.

Simply the best in Staines-upon-Thames

I was very lucky when my letting agent recommended Oasis Staines when the time had come to sell my property in Church Street which we had owned for some thirty years. All the staff were excellent although I must single out Aimee Bryett who was involved throughout. Unfortunately, through no fault of Oasis I was in a chain which eventually broke. During this difficult period Aimee kept me fully informed and sane as property chains can be very stressful. Oasis quickly found another purchaser and the transaction proceeds to a conclusion notwithstanding some weakness on the part of the purchaser's solicitor. Lots of stress in property transactions but with the the Oasis team these can be controlled.. Well done Oasis and in particular Aimee and Steven Harvey for all the work you did for me. A refreshing experience.

I met Crispin Jones from Isis in around January 2014. I informed him my wife and I were looking for 2 bedroom investment properties within a specified area of Staines and had a fixed business plan. We explained that we had been looking for a while with mixed results from other agents and we had in place the funds and solicitors in place. He took time to understand our requirements and began his search for us, we felt we had a personal friend/agent on our side from the first meeting. A few weeks went past and he kept us informed of several properties that had come on to the market, we viewed a few properties and found several which met our requirements. This was at a time when the market was red hot. Crispin helped us secure an ideal property besides the river Thames which was perfect for our needs, we viewed and offered immediately. The vendors found a property a few months later and the roller coaster of purchasing property started. I would say this was the most fractious and stressful purchases we have endured in 25 years with at times all things going wrong at the same time, but through this ordeal of 6 months we could always rely on the professional and approachable nature of Isis and especially Crispin Jones. He took time out to help negotiate away most of the issues that arose in this problematic purchase by breaking down the problems and smoothing them out to all parties satisfaction. I would without hesitation recommend Crispin Jones and Isis to any of my friends and business circle.

I have to say dealing with ISIS Residential homes and in particular Aimiee Bryett was a pleasure from start to finish. I placed my property with Oasis in late December (not a great time) & accepted an offer within the first 2 months after taking on board the advice I was given from the team at Oasis, which I'm glad I did considering other properties similar to mine have been on the market a considerable amount longer and still remain on the market even after they have reduced the price a number of times. Oasis was the second agent we engaged to market our house, with Manni Virk taking the lead in the sale after a few months. He organised viewings very well, negotiating a flexible approach with potential buyers around my husband and I working from home.
