GoogleOasis got viewing times mixed up. If I hadn't called to confirm the appointment and consequently found out they'd given me the wrong time they would have walked into my property with me unprepared and possibly undressed, in the shower or breastfeeding my baby. Very unimpressed. Thank goodness I called!

We do not have any tenants or vendors with your name on our system nor have we had any issues recently with confusion over viewing times so we were unsure if perhaps this was a case of mistaken identity. We have been mistaken in the past with another estate agent in the Leeds area with a similar name. I was impressed with the initial visit/valuation where they explained their service, how the market was in the area, and how they would go about selling my property. Once signed up we had a good number of viewings and interest. Most of the viewings and my day to day contact was handled very professionaly by Spencer & Jonathan who were always available to answer any questions. We soon achieved an acceptable selling price and progressed to exchange of contracts. At this point Karen ensured that everything progressed to completion as planned. When exchange and completion on the sale of my flat was scheduled to take place during the lockdown period they went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly and we completed on time.
