Oasis Estate Agents we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results through hard work, communication and dedication. Oasis Estate Agents was formed in 2004 to offer an independent sales and lettings service to the commuter haven of Staines upon Thames and the local surrounding areas. In 2015, after successfully trading with the name iSiS for over 10 years, the brand evolved into OASiS and expanded into a fantastic new office overlooking the Old Market Square. Beyond the bricks and mortar, our business is about people and our highly experienced team have been put together to exceed your expectations, whether you are buying, selling, letting or renting. Headed up by our founder Steven Harvey our dedicated team of sales and lettings consultants have an extensive knowledge of the local area and over 100 years combined estate agency experience. Central to our success is the “whole team” ideology we employ via our almost unique pooled commission policy. As a result every one of the team benefits from every sale, not simple the individual consultant who made the original sale, so everyone will look after your interests. Our multi award winning team receive continuous on-going training both internally and from some of the best estate agency trainers from across the world, ensuring they remain experts in their fields.

GoogleAn excellent service and a great team. Nothing was too much, they went above and beyond from the sales, to viewing to after sale care, especially when dealing with the solicitors

The Trusted AgentExcellent service tailored to my specific needs. Most professional estate agents in Staines
While searching for houses we registered with as many estate agents we could but only Oasis seemed to listen to our requirements and provide details of proerties that met this criteria. Many estate agents inundate you with properties that don't meet your specification and many weekends were waisted by agents strongly recommending we view properties that turned out to be nothing like how they were advertised. Oasis stood out from the rest by proving a professional and personal service which helped to reinstall my faith in estate agents. I highly recommend making Oasis your first choice when buying or selling.

The Trusted AgentClaire makes being a landlord as hassle free as possible
Claire works hard to make sure it's as hassle free as possible for me to be a landlord. She is proactive, helpful and 'can do'. She gives me peace of mind that the property and tenants are being looked after and that if anything is needed, she will sort it (and quickly) whilst keeping me in the loop all the time. Recently she went the extra mile by certifying documents I needed for re-mortgaging and sending them over the same day, and by going to the property to take photos of work we'd had done so that I could see the results. These touches save me a lot of time, stress and hassle, and keep me in touch with my property, which I'm unable to visit myself.

The Trusted AgentLooking for apartment in Staines-upon-Thames
Oasis is genuinely different to any other let agent in the area. The will show you only nice properties, in great conditions, and following the specifications that you give to them (so, you do not invest time visiting properties that are not interesting for you). All staff members are very professional, kind, very polite and friendly. They are very flexible on visit times, and they will do all they can to allow you to visit several places in a single visit. I felt like Oasis staff cared to find the best property for my needs, rather than get another 'let' in their record, and this is a rare thing these days, especially when the 'tenants' market is saturated. Anyone looking for a nice flat/apartment in Staines-upon-Thames and areas nearby should contact Oasis in the first place. It's quite simply the smart choice to make.

GoogleIt was a wonderful home buying journey with Oasis. Can't recommend them more ! Really appreciated their quick response time. Always on top of things, always expediting and enabling the process. We bought via them during the covid era where already everything was complicated. Right from the first phone call I felt reassured. Everyone we spoke to was really pleasant and helpful. GoogleRenting out a family member’s property was stressful enough (after they were moved into a care home) but Matt and his colleagues at Oasis have been extremely thoughtful, reliable and professional throughout. Very helpful advice was given at the beginning of the rental process which enabled us to feel confident with moving ahead with the rental. We are very happy with the service Oasis provide.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
