GoogleI have had a great five year relationship with Oasis as a tenant and I would highly recommend them. I have hardly seen people in letting industry so dedicated, professional and sympathetic. They understand your problems and work on them promptly, whatever the issue is. My stay was especially tricky as I never had any visibility of my stay beyond 3 months due to nature of my job and they always understood my problems and dealt with it professionally. GoogleI have dealt with Oasis for a number of years for buying and selling property, so had no hesitation in choosing them for rental of my house. I was not disappointed and found them to be at their usual, very professional and very best in assisting me as a customer. Cameron carried out the viewing and my house was let upon first person viewing and I truly believe that Cameron deserves some of the credit for the deal. GoogleRyan supported us in our property search in the Egham and Staines area. He was a pleasure to speak to, quick to respond and very informative. We didn't end up continuing our search in the area for various reasons but would go back to Oasis and Ryan if we did.

GoogleI had the pleasure to work with Oasis estate agents when I purchased my first property in Staines on Thames. This agency is very different than your usual "London big firms". Its staff are local Staines residents who are very well embedded in the community; therefore know the area very well and can provide useful local insights from other property transactions etc. What I really liked about them was that they did not put me under pressure to make offers straightaway, kept me updated with what was going on behind the scenes between solicitors and other parties involved, actioned my requests very promptly and worked towards one single goal: speedy completion. GoogleGreat bespoke service. Very professional as well as flexible/accomodating at the same time. Transparent and competitive on costs. They know the market inside out in Staines vs other agents in the area who just pretend to. Found tenants promptly and made the experience of first time let-out hassle free. GoogleOverall I am very impressed and happy with Oasis. I began looking at properties for a job relocation late last year and Krista reached out to me with an ideal property before it had gone live on the market. A good amount of luck with timing but would not have been possible without her and the team's initiative. Both herself and Emma have been informative and quick with responses throughout the process since. I would certainly recommend and use again.
