GoogleWe had the privilege of meeting Cameron Mackenzie, we have met quite a few estate agents and none compare. Cameron has great knowledge of the area and the properties around, he was super polite and incredibly friendly which made the viewing process stress free and very relaxing. He offered more of his time in the evening to show the property to my husband which went above and beyond what we expected, but still took all the time we needed and were not rushed!

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I can only say that I'm extremely satisfied with the service that Oasis offered. Spencer was incredibly patient and supportive and made the whole experience seem easy and enjoyable. She was more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the properties we viewed, the whole experience from oasis was top quality! You get a real sense of being in good hands. GoogleExcellent service when selling my home. Jonathan, Stephen and Spencer were most helpful when problems arose and went the extra mile to get the transactions completed. All the staff were polite and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. They have their fingers on the pulse of the local property market. GoogleI do not believe this estate agents has such a high rating. They are dispicable. The service that they provided was unprofessional. The fees were daylight robbery. It is a complete sick joke and I would very much like a manager to contact me regarding the experience I have had. I am actually looking into paper work and may contact legal help. Edit Upon reading your response it very clear that you hold very little if any respect for your customers. First of all i am entilied to my opinion. Your fees as a whole i feel are daylight robbery, i feel the service recieved was not up to standard. I do not feel you responding with my elderly fathers situation on here at all acceptable and also leaving out many details. I was harrassed after i left this review having several missed calls and voicemails therefore you could of emailed me or explained on a phone call again instead of leaving such a response where you have made details open to the public. My elderly father was taken advantage of by your company. He felt he was trapped and thought his only way out of your overpriced property was to surrender money that ge did not need to. This may have been negotiated outside of your office with a private landlord but what was the point in you all being involved in the first place if you were never going to explain that was not necessary. I am almost certain these reviews on here are fake.

GoogleI'm shocked by amount of good reviews this estate agent has, the lettings department has a lot to be desired for and marina in lettings is rude and unprofessional and frankly terrible at her job. The lettings agency is meant to advise and help with any issues the tenants may have , this did not happen. We called to ask with regards to our deposit when we would be getting this back but was constantly fobbed off and told by colleagues of MARINA SHE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE. We were a customer to the estate agents but the landlord got priority and we got overlooked . DO NOT RENT WITH THIS ESTATE AGENTS ... YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED.

Whilst we are certain that your landlord would have plenty to say in response to your comments, perhaps this is not the most appropriate place to discuss this. GoogleMy wife and I happened to pass the Offices of Oasis in Staines and decided to enquire about selling our house as we were impressed with the number of staff and office. They are an A1 team headed by Ryan Cooper (manager) who was very helpful and excellent at his job. Spencer McKay who did the viewings and the follow-ups always kept us informed of forthcoming viewings and the after viewing results. They sold our house in four weeks which we thought was excellent. Our special thanks go to both Ryan and Spencer and we would highly recommend this agent.

GoogleWe have resently sold our late mother's property through Oasis. We invited 3 local agents in for valuation and were impressed by the professionalism and integrity shown by the Steve and Spencer. We appointed Oasis and within 3 weeks we had 5 offers in a difficult selling market. We had the luxury of choosing someone who was in the best position to proceed and after 5 months from appointing Oasis, the sale was completed. Throughout the whole process, I have been impressed by the professional service we have received from Spencer and Edwina who have been responsive and extremely helpful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in employing the services of Oasis again.

GoogleI would recommend Oasis Estate Agents. Ishwar Mair and Matthew Cefai have both helped us a great deal in looking for the right rental property. Ish was really helpful and managed to be in touch with us at all time when needed. Although I don't know the names of the rest of the team, they helped processing the paper work promptly.
