GoogleOasis were great from start to finish. They provided a friendly, efficient service. The after sale team were absolutely amazing in what ended up being a very long and protracted post sale period. They kept all parties up to date and chased my solicitors (who were useless) on my behalf. Couldn’t have asked for more, would highly recommend.

GoogleWe recently completed on the purchase of our house in Staines. Georgina showed us round the property. She was both professional and very personable. Jonathan dealt with negotiations and ensured the process was smooth. Over the 3 months between offer and completion all the Oasis team were really helpful and could not have done more for us. A special mention should also go to Ryan who was also great. Thank you all!!

GoogleI've had to amend my review. At a glance everything was smooth. the communication was good and clear. But when it's time to solve problems and figure out solutions you get nothing but attitude and rudeness from the manager. Empathy goes a long way given the pressures people are under in todays climate. Hopefully things improve in the near future.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleDisappointed that after 6 years the landlord didn't acknowledge their responsibility regarding mould in the flat ( you know the kind that is harmful). So Oasis took a chunk of my deposit because I hadn't ventilated properly. It's about time that laws govern mould not just say open a window. Ridiculous

Hi David. We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with how your tenancy ended. We appreciate how frustrating this would have been for you. Please be assured that proposals for deposit deductions are authorised by the landlord. There is also the option to challenge their proposals and have them reviewed by the deposit scheme. Oasis Estate Agents were fantastic from helping us secure the property, liaise with the current owners and getting our offer accepted.
