I've been a customer of Oasis Estate Agents and I've been using their services for almost 2 years now. Since day one, Christine has been doing an outstanding job in managing my property and sorting out any issues that have arisen. She's always very enthusiast and ready to help. I've used several other agencies in the past and Oasis is definitely the best.

We currently rent a property in staines from oasis, and the whole process has been smooth from the first viewing. Not that we've had many but every time we have needed something sorted at the property Marina who is our Point of contact has always responded on the same day and organised the correct contracter to call me and come round within a few days at top (normally the next day) Would highly recommend renting through Oasis

The Lettings Team made the transition into my new flat really simple and were always on hand to answer queries and emails. I cannot recommend a better Lettings Agency - super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

My partner and I have accomplished our first move together. We honestly would not have been able to do it without the support from Emma and Krista, who would work with us to make this happen. We can not thank you enough for our first experience of moving out, a great one!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Generally speaking as buyers we were happy about their service, considering also that we were first time buyers. They have been professional and the communication was kept open at all time. During the purchase a problem came up but it turned out to be not the agency's fault, and regardless, they handled the issue professionally and we were able to complete our purchase. I would strongly recommend Oasis :)

The Trusted Agent

quick sale

Totally fair, straight forward and everyone knew who the client was in the office, Having had my home with another local agent, Oasis were leagues ahead; on, communication, answering left messages, far superior photos, and friendly professional team. I would always recommend this company as the only option to use in Staines. Estate agents sadly never have a good name, my first experience, nearly put me off totally with the other agent, but Oasis, in my opinion, made me feel that they are not all the same, Far from it, constant updates, and first person viewed offered full asking price, I wish Oasis all success, they deserve to be number one in Staines and your best option.

The Trusted Agent

For the last 2 years I was tenant at a property managed by ISIS and I must say it was a very nice experience dealing with ISIS. Every time I happened to have a concern/issue, it was attended and resolved. Most importantly all the concerns were acknowledged promptly so that I know it is being looked at. Above all, it is the friendly attitude I have seen dealing with ISIS, that I will recommend ISIS to everyone looking for a property in the UK.

Although I didn't ultimately get a place in Staines, my experience with Cameron at Oasis Estate Agents was absolutely fantastic. He was very responsive and polite in the way he handled matters, flexible in his attitude to rescheduling and very professional. If I do ever move to Staines, I'll definitely go through Cameron and his team!
