Oasis put me at ease and found a tenant very quickly, their marketing for my property was very well done and looked great on video . The team at Oasis was why friendly (not annoyingly and over friendly) and helpful. I know estate agents don’t generally don’t have a great reputation but I would use Oasis again and recommend to friends and family .

My experience of Oasis is that this is a professional, process led and well equipped firm. The propert market can easily be a nightmare. For agents barriers to entry are few. Oasis are an impressive operation. Their efforts run through well beyond agreement of sale. Their people are knowledgeable, informed and suitably equipped. Out own sale and purchase would not have happened without a very capable agent. I am eternally grateful to Stephen, Aileen and Jonathon for pulling success from the jaws of defeat.

In general, our rental experience with this company leaned towards the positive side. The apartment was lovely, well-located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Although, If you're considering renting with them, here are a few tips: 1. Take thorough photos/videos during check-in and check-out. 2. Understand your contract terms and stand firm with these. Especially regarding cleaning obligations - they tried to insist we should have paid for professional cleaning (as opposed to cleaning ourselves) when we vacated the property. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme ruled in our favor, noting the absence of such obligation in our agreement. Considering the minor nature of our oversights and the existing discrepancies upon move-in, Oasis’ proposed charges were deemed excessive. 3. At the end of your tenancy utilise the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for dispute resolution if applicable. 4. When you are living in your property, promptly address maintenance issues to avoid prolonged inconveniences. We had a few annoying maintenance issues during our time renting with Oasis (a shower which didn’t emit hot water and broken radiators). We did report these on several occasions and they were not rectified until we moved out. Towards the end of our tenancy, we encountered issues with cleaning charges and damages which we did not agree with, particularly concerning a light-up mirror (the bulb went out) and cleaning discrepancies. Whilst I admit there were some minor oversights on our part, we found discrepancies in the initial condition of the property too (which Oasis stated was professionally cleaned before we moved in). With involvement from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, excessive charges were mitigated. Overall, our experience was mixed. Despite enjoying our time at the property and appreciating their initial assistance, caution is advised when renting with this company.

One of the tenants is a student and this caused difficulty when clearing the referencing but Krista worked with us to get this sorted as painlessly as possible. signed a contract with Oasis for the sale of my property on 19.08.20. I posted one post on 19.09.2020 about their unkept promise titled STAY AWAY. After the post the sales manager who I was dealing with went on holiday, and I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the second sales manager who was rude and disrespectful. I chased Oasis on 10.09.2020 for an update and I was brushed off with a pretence that there was no interest to view the property and he was going to call 88 people who previously had interest and then would give me an update and hung up.. However, there was no update as usual. I chased the agency again on 18.09.2020 around 12:30. The sales consultant told me, the manager was on the phone and she would ask him to call me back. On the same day, I passed in front of the agency, he was yawning and having a tea. Annoyed, I called again at 17:15, he told me he was out, I asked for the price to be increased to original valuation and the sales board to be removed. He showed his professionalism by replying to me it was my house and I could do whatever I wish and hung up. When I posted my first message here, I was inundated with phone calls from the same sales manager whose attitude completely changed even addressing with my surname. He called me on 21.09.2020 to arrange a meeting with his director and sales manager who was coming back from holiday on 22.09.2020. I asked for an email and replied to him on 22.09.2020 to arrange it on 24.09.20 at 2pm. He never replied with a confirmation. And never even advised his director and other sales manager when sales manager asked for a meeting he was shocked to hear about my email and advised me that he would investigate. I lost my faith and confidence that the house will be sold by Oasis.
