I sold my flat with Enfields, overall customer service was excellent, particularly from Will and Shaun. Will gave what I felt was honest and helpful advice when marketing my property, and Shaun was very helpful towards the end of the process chasing up on matters to ensure we reached completion within the agreed timescale. Both were polite, friendly and empathetic in what is a stressful time. I would have no issue using them again.

Their professionalism, kindness and support during the process was very much evident and appreciated, especially when things got a little bumpy. GoogleSam managed the sale of my sisters property following her death. Although buyers were found very quickly the probate was complicated and drawn out. Through his management of the sale the original buyers were retained. He made sure all parties were kept up to date with the process through to a successful sale 10 months later. I have nothing but praise for his work.

GoogleIf being treated badly is what you’re after, then Enfields are the company for you.. Edit. In addition to this, the independent deposit adjudicator has confirmed that Enfields have been trying to rip us off. Including suggesting we owed nearly £200 in rent, attempting to charge us £60 for a battery and the list goes on and on. Enfields were unable to provide any evidence of outstanding rent and the regulatory body agreed that ALL of their costs implemented were unfair and baseless. The worst company I have ever dealt with

As a first time buyer, I was quite apprehensive about buying and obviously came across a few estate agents. Enfields were certainly the best I came across; very polite and professional, and upfront with any information they had such as lease and boiler servicing without being pushy. Phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. I've mainly been dealing with Shaun and Sam, who have both been great!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience selling my house with Enfields. From listing my property to moving into my new home took exactly three months, with an offer accepted in a week! All the team there were really helpful, keeping me up to date every step of the way. It was the first time I've sold a property so was a bit nervous at first, but they took away the stress. So glad I used a real estate agent instead of an online agent.

Enfields Shirley efficiently and successfully marketed and found a buyer for the property, Thereafter Shaun Jordan provided an excellent and professional service throughout the following stages, which, for reasons beyond the agent's control, were prolonged. Shaun was always thoroughly up to speed with the current situation and we were kept informed accordingly. Calls were always returned promptly and I'd have no hesitation in recommending the team at Enfields Shirley.

I rented an apartment with a flatmate through Enfields. At the end of the tenancy, we underwent a change of contract. Now a new tenant contract which started on 3rd July, 2025 was signed and a new pair of tenants were living in that apartment.

Myself and my partner were looking for properties in the Southampton area for a while, when we finally found the property we liked in the Shirley area the people working at Enfields were faultless in terms of helping us out. Being first time buyers we didn't know what to expect but Sam and Shaun guided us to make it a smooth transaction and I would recommend them.

A big warning for Guarantor’s due to the lack of communication from Endfield’s we had a £7,000 bill to pay. We did not receive the numerous emails they claim to have sent advising us of rent arrears. The Landlord established they had our email address wrong, despite us setting up the tenancy agreement by email. Endields’s stated that they were not aware that our emails were being undelivered due to their system problems. Apparently they do not send letters in the post or telephone Guarantor’s when there is a problem. They would not take responsibility for any of the debt and dealt with the situation with a considerable lack of empathy. We did not even receive an apology for their error, or poor practice.

I have been forced to sign to this Enfield let while I’m not working and with 4 children the youngest is 17 months and a single parent. And this Enfield let has been over priced my rent and threatened me to apply to universal credit to my rent and if I don’t I will be ask to vacate the accommodation while they are aware that I will affected by the benefits cap.

It your son or daughter is a student please tell them to beware before renting from Enfields. If you want to be left without hot water and heating for weeks in the middle of December, if you want to live in a house with mice and lots of problems that Enfields refused to help with rent from them. If you want to be told to call the Council they might help you to get the landlord to sort out repairs - basically fobbing you off rent with with them. Finally when you move out if you want your deposit to be held back and be lied to rent through them. If you are considering renting through Enfields just remember as a family run business they will stick together and will not help you. They will constantly blame the landlord when the landlord is oblivious to what is going on. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
