Starting with the valuation and continuing through to viewings, offer and eventual exchange Will, Sam and Shaun couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. The valuation visit was informative, relaxed and helpful. and we were pleased with the photos taken to promote our property, and the speed with which it was advertised.
We were always given plenty of warning prior to the visit of a prospective buyer so that we could make plans ahead. Feedback following visits was promptly given. Following the offer we were given regular updates and courtesy calls so that we felt in touch with the process. And when we exchanged the congratulations were warm and genuine. We would have no hesitation in recommending Enfields to any Seller.

It was refreshing to find Enfields as our experiences with other agents were not very good. Most were difficult to get hold of, would not answer the phone or emails, would not ring back, one didn't even get back to us when we requested a viewing (crazy to put off a cash buyer). .

Enfields Estate Agents have successfully helped me to market my flat in Southampton. Sam Binnington a Sales Negotiator with Enfields was assigned to market the property. Sam is an extremely personable individual and provided a highly professional and consciencious service during the marketing process. Sam's communications have been excellent and particularly so in respect of viewings when timings were always made to suit both the prospective buyer and tenants. Sam never failed to follow up with a viewing report.
Due to the relatively quiet nature of the housing market the property took longer than anticipated to sell however Sam's enthusiam did not waiver. Sam was also helpful in suggesting different pricing strategies, using to good effect his knowledge of the local housing market.
Sam was ably supported by other members of his team when required due to periods of absence. I took comfort from the fact that other members of his team were well briefed during such times.
I have been very pleased with the level of service afforded to me by Sam as part of a professional team at Enfields.

Shaun Jordan has been really helpful during what turned out to be a rather long purchase (to do with paperwork, not the Estate Agency) He kept us up to date and liaised between all parties so we knew what was going on. Even when it all felt rather endless he stayed calm and supportive and helped to jog the process along. He also stayed late to get some answers for us so we didn't have to worry over the weekend. All in all it has been great having him as our agent.

I changed my selling agent to Enfields as my previous attempt at a sale fell through mostly I felt because of lack of thoroughness and contact on behalf of the agent. On moving to Enfields I have found them to be proactive with regard to viewings and feedback. Shaun is like a terrier and hangs onto the heals of anyone, purchaser or solicitor, who he sees as hindering the progression of the sale. Often there is little he can actually do if prospective purchasers delay but at least he gets to the truth of the matter. In the world of buying and selling property a little bit of truth goes a long way.

I truly admire the great professionalism Sam demonstrated throughout the whole sales process with utmost sincerity, empathy and confidence. Don't ever try with this people, usually I don't like to write review however these people are awful..!! Threatening me to vacate the house and given section 21 without reason and I have requested 3more months extensive as I brought my own property these guys need only money and I maintained property very well still they blame me without reason as they want to send me out and get higher rent.. beals agent booked appointment with buyers but he missed many times to visit property and I have wait for him and he never informed when he failed to come..

Placed an offer after an open house viewing. 4 offers given in including ours. A lot of comms to chase ‘is this my limit..?’. Ran around providing ID check & proof of funds info etc...Offer declined. Told “if anything changes will of course be in touch”. Subsequently I saw it came on the market again (not contacted by agents). Agents already had viewings booked in. (Still no contact). I rang & resubmitted my offer. Ran around providing ID check & proof of funds info etc again. After upping my offer was accepted. 2 weeks later was contacted by agents “a larger bid was offered (£490,000) original list price £450,000 / £475,000. Agent calls “can I up my offer” ...reply “no”. Agent calls again / sellers sticking with you “ full steam ahead”. Today @ 3.30pm - gazumped 😞. Lost money to solicitors etc...Such a shame there is no integrity or moral compass. Just all about money.
