In particular the renewals are managed pro actively by the team and Jessica - raising the renewal question well in advance, reviewing market rate and providing advise and generally managing the whole process in their usual efficient manner.

GoogleI'm a Landlord and have used these guys consistently to find me tenants, while I manage the property myself. Really efficient. Have been happy to act as local key holders, and provide access for contractors and sorting out renewal of EICR and EPC etc when needed. GoogleExcellent communication throughout, both in the early negotiation stage and throughout, keeping us well informed and attempting to chase the vendor to speed up slow admin issues with the sellers management company and paperwork. Would recommend and use again.

The customer service and communication is absolutely disgusting. 3 times we have been messed around!! took half day to view a property and i was called an hour before to cancel. Rebooked and left work early, got there only to be told it was cancelled again.Very unprofessional and complete time wasters. Would not recommend at all!They don’t even deserve 1 star

The sales team worked really hard and didn't stop until a buyer was found, We had an amazing number of viewing booked in a relatively short period of time so we really impressed with their reach and marketing. Once they'd found us a buyer we were kept up to date and they liaised with the solicitors and clients to ensure the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as possible.

GoogleRented off them for 2 yrs perfect service louise mainly went above and beyond to help with any issues to the point spent her whole weekend dealing with a water leak that she managed to get fix and resolved knowing i had children.
