GoogleMike at enfields was difficult to negotiate with and he never took the house off the market like he said he would once we offered. His manner could have been more professional.

I recently contacted Enfields in Shirley to enquire whether they needed a maintanance company to work with them. Since that contact I have received work from both Morgen and Georgia. At all times they have been very professional in their approach and are polite at all times resulting in them providing an excellent property management team. They have always responded to my queries either the same day or early the following day.

My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled.. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more.

We had a fairly drawn out sales process due to time wasting non-buyers and then the complexity of selling an old house with all the niggly little issues they have. Enfield's staff were excellent at providing pragmatic and sensible advice and reassurance throughout. On a number of occasions they went above and beyond to sort things out and help move the process when other professionals for others in our chain fell short and caused problems. No hesitation in recommending them very highly.

I chose Enfield's for the sale of my two properties because from the very start they were straight forward and down to earth. They have always answered my enquiries and kept me up to date with making me feel as though I was not being fobbed off. If one member of staff is unavailable then another will help where they can or the person you wanted to speak with always gets back to you. I would recommend then to anyone.

GoogleThroughout the whole tenancy Enfields have been reluctant to help with any maintainence that has needed doing and have waited 9 months for their approved contractor to get the parts for some of the fittings he needed to fix. When wanting to end the tenancy I called back at the beginining of January and they told me they will discuss with landlord, 4 days now before the tenancy runs out they advise that they didn't believe me when I said I didn't want to renew and so didn't actually accept that as our notice, they didn't advise me at the time that it had to be in writing and so are now charging us an extra months rent all for a mouldy flat which we have had to live with for a year! Do not recommend renting a property in Balmoral court, Regent's Park road

I was given plenty of time to view and any enquiries i made were followed up without delay. Other team members at Enfields have also been helpful.

Unfortunately, Enfields Estate Agents took over from another management company managing my tenancy.The staff are non responsive despite continuous attempts to communicate when a repair is required. Had no issue with the same landlord previously. No transparency at all in timelines. I had to contact my Council for legal help to finally get a response.If you are a prospective tenant - avoid !

The whole house buying process from viewing to putting in my offer. The Estate Agent worked very hard to book viewing at the property that had a tenant in. I would recommend Enfields to family and friends as the service that I have received has been brilliant.

THE STAFF ARE LAZY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, there are spelling mistakes in their “professional” contracts and they are not help when it comes to first time house buyers/letters I would not recommend Enfields AT ALL.

We had dealings mainly with three members of staff. The manager impressed us to the extent that we signed with him rather than any of the other agents we had met. The senior negotiator who got the job done and the youngest member of the team who showed prospective buyers round our property. All three did their jobs well and I would recommend the Shirley branch of Enfields to anyone who is thinking of moving house..
