Didn’t have a great experience with Enfields. The estate agent who took us around to view that flat was not helpful at all and didn’t ‘sell’ the property. He came off very miserable and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He also mentioned there wasn’t much interest in the property. We put in an offer on Tuesday to be submitted to the landlord and was told we should hear by Friday. Friday came around and the flat was sold without telling us. I believe this was a very poor way of dealing with us as we were not kept in the loop about our sale nor were we told that anyone else has shown interest on the property. Poor work ethic and not organised. My partner and I were very disappointed as we really liked the apartment and were both gutted that we didn’t get a chance nor was we kept in the loop.

FacebookI recently moved to a new apartment as a tenant through Enfields Southampton and Jack and Georgia have been very professional throughout, promptly responding to all queries I have had. The third party Enfields used to carry out the inventory check before the move in did a very good job with the inventory report as well.

I've purchased an investment property through Enfields and the speed of the transaction and the communication was incredible compared to other agents that I've used in the past. Sam and Shaun were my point of contacts and were both excellent.

I have had the most unpleasant experience with this agency . Firstly , they use false advertisement with miss leading pictures and description. Secondly , on the viewing day the make verbal promises about fixing the property which are not kept. They use very bad an external company to run credit checks .After passing the checks we have booked the a second viewing of the house and we found a lot damage to the property and also found out that what was promised in the ad and original viewing would not be carried out . We had expected an unfurnished house and few days before moving the agency told that white goods and some furniture would stay. The communication has been poor through the process with irresponsible and disrespectful attitude . We had to pull out few days before move in day as it felt that the house was not ready or suitable for a family to move in with the Agency staff not communicating with landlord properly. After we pulled out we have been informed That we have lost our holding fee . We advised the agency to re advertise the house to represent its true state but what they have done is put the original advert out without any amendments . We don’t recommend Enfields agency

After 6 months in an apartment block that was continually broken into, and nothing was done to secure the main entrance (drug paraphernalia and theft on a weekly basis) combined with an absolute shambles of a Lettings office, with terrible communication and devious delaying tactics for all complaints.Final nail in the coffin they wouldn't return the deposit even though we gave much notice (4 phone calls to confirm dates and settlement requirements), and vacated the flat in perfect condition 14 days prior to final date, allowing the flat to be marketed. WHITE COLLAR CRIME AT IT'S FINEST...BEWARE.

We recently sold out property with Enfields, They were really good, very committed to making the sale and worked with us when we had struggles asking tenants to leave. They kept us updated every step of the way and were very polite and personable throughout. I feel that on this sale they certainly earnt their fee!

GoogleDoesn’t even deserve 1 star! Called this estate agent to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl called Katie. She declined me viewing a house because I wouldn’t speak to there mortgage person. She made me feel, I was not worthy to view the house. This was my first time speaking to a agent and she has ruined my whole experience buying my first home. I will advise all buyers to boycot Enfields!!!

Viewed 2 flats through them.... no problem.Then we started getting calls and messages booking us in to view properties that we had not viewed online and were nothing we were interested in.Called and spoke to them and their attitude was that it must have been my partner booking them and it was my mistake.As soon as I said that was not the case and had to become stronger with them to get through their objections and blaming us for their mistakes - they accused me of being rude and offensive [I was assertive but professional at all times].I was going to make an offer on one of the flats, I will now not do so on a point of principle and will never consider a property being marketed through them ever again.My advice to everyone - avoid these obnoxious individuals.....
