Over two decades of conscientious management by Kat Usher have kept me fully compliant as regulations have evolved. The Arden team have also navigated complex, multi‑party decisions with ease, particularly around stairwell and roof repairs, always acting with probity and a clear focus on outcomes for the common good. This approach has earned them a well‑deserved reputation for trust. Their sound advice and competent handling of maintenance have kept tenants satisfied and the property in excellent condition. GoogleThe system itself is a good system, the functionalities and options that can be utilised on it seem good so far and I believe the system is going to be valuable to the business. We had some communication barriers a long the way which resulted into delays with launch from both parties. However, with better communication, the onboarding process will have been much smoother, we have kept our old platform in the background as the manual work that is required to ensure all the data is correct on Rezi is time consuming. The onboarding team have always been present and available when needed. Love the LiveChat and all the support options available.

GoogleSold our house with the help of Kinetic. From first appointment, photos etc they have been professional and transparent. Dealt mostly with Jo who was just lovely. She was such a great help and kept us informed with every step even when our solicitors didnt. Jo's communication and friendliness made the whole experience a less stressful one. Thank you Jo 😊

Googleafter trying another well known local agent for 2 months and no sale i approached Christopher Russell what breath of fresh air more enthusiasm and professional approach while embracing social media and the internet they don't forget core estate agency values of actually picking up the phone and speaking to people. Visit there office there all on the phone updating clients and trying to get you a sale we highly recommend them. must mention for Russell for initial advice and price spot on. We'd had quite a stressful start to our house buying journey so to end with agents that were so helpful and communicative meant so much. Google5* We couldn’t be happier with the service received by Kinetic. From our initial valuation from Matt, through to completion the whole team have been brilliant. Louis looked after our sale and kept us up to date with the interest our house was getting, progress with bookings, and potential buyers. In 6 weeks we had sold our home and was looking for our next home. Whilst we were viewing houses Jo kept in contact regularly to understand our position better so she could update our buyers, I think this is so important, I had full confidence that Jo was on top of everything, was listening to us and therefore able to set realistic timeframes for our buyers so they wasn’t forgotten about and left in the lurch, this must have made their buying experience much nicer. If only we had this with our purchase but unfortunately that was through a different estate agents. I must say the whole experience of buying and/or selling a house can be stressful but Jo and the team make life so much easier. We are truly grateful for the level of service Kinetic offer through their high standards

GoogleI’ve had a brilliant experience with Giraffe360. The team has been incredibly helpful from start to finish, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been patient, kind, and genuinely keen to make sure everything ran smoothly. The quality of their work is fantastic, and the level of support they offer really sets them apart. It’s rare to find a company that’s both professional and genuinely friendly, but Giraffe360 absolutely nails it. Highly recommend!

GoogleI would 100% recommend Christopher Russell, this is now our second sale with them. We have just sold a flat, that was a very difficult sale from start to finish! Ceinwen and Steve were exceptional throughout, always answered the phones and chased the other side continuously to get things moving, Nothing was ever too much. They have the patience of a saint!
