GoogleI recently applied for a role through Crux, I spoke with Daniel after he looked at my application and he was brilliant, went over a lot of things on the first call before putting me forward, I had a telephone interview and a face to face interview before being offered the role, Daniel was there ever step of the way and always quick to respond, thanks again Daniel!

GoogleI’ve never dealt with a more incompetent referencing agency. They bombarded me with endless emails asking for the same documents over and over, despite me providing everything clearly, payslips, bank statements, even explanations of how my wages were paid. Instead of acknowledging what had already been sent, they just kept repeating the same requests. They also did not seem to grasp the reality that people nowadays often have more than one or two jobs and multiple bank accounts. Why not build a platform or process that accommodates these, instead of wasting people’s time with endless back-and-forth? Rather than picking up the phone to resolve matters quickly, they hide behind email chains, making the process unnecessarily stressful and confusing. Got there eventually because the letting agency chased things up. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of valuable time. Had this experience in November 25

GoogleChristopher Russell have been great. They are a leading expert in Sidcup, which is why we used them. I also felt like they had a personal touch that no other local estate agent could beat. The star employee is Steven Sanford. Not only is he is thoroughly nice chap but he was so attentive! Our property sold quickly and when we offered on a property (being sold with another agent) he helped with the negotiations. When the sellers took the property off of the market, he then worked hard to find a suitable property for us which matched our specific needs. I have absolutely not hesitations in recommending CR and in particular Steven to sell your property. They are a class act!

GoogleChristopher Russell has been an exemplary Estate Agent that have really proved not all EAs are out for money (like the big chains). These guys have been absolutely fantastic - we offered on a house already listed with them and had planned to use another agent for ours, but as part of the offer negotiation we were convinced to also list with them, Russell himself came to our house for the evaluation, chatted to me as a person, talked me through his team, gave honest feedback and talked strategy to market the property, what a wonderful experience. When offering on our onward property I was communicating with Steph, and I thought if this is what she's like selling a property I absolutely want her on our side for selling ours, she's absolutely fantastic, and post sale we've been communicating with Joe, who's very on top of things, great communicator. I don't plan to move again for a very long time, but I'd recommend these to anyone and everyone.

GoogleI recently applied to rent a property and the referencing process was very lengthy and I must have spent about 4 hours a night for several nights completing paperwork tasks. The Keysafe application was a lot quicker. It stated it would take 4 minutes. However, it took longer than that for me because the Passport photo would not work on my phone and it kept aborting. So in the end I gave up with it and moved on. Also, I think there was something missing because I work two jobs, morning and evening, but the Keysafe application didn't ask me about a second employer. Otherwise overall it was very quick.
