GoogleI cannot recommend Christopher Russell highly enough. From the sales team who helped me find my property, of which I viewed a lot to Joe who supported me throughout the buying process. I felt supported and updated at all times which is fantastic as it can be a very stressful process. If you are looking for an Estate Agent, then I would recommend Christopher Russell again and again. Everyone has been great, but I do really want to share my gratitude to Joe in particular. If I could give more than 5* I would!!

GoogleWe are very thank full to the team at Christoper Russel Sidcup for their support in our property purchase from them. Namely, Chris Langley (Partner) was of big help to us, ensuring we secured the property for the right price and when our purchase was delayed due to issues in the chain, Chris kept us well informed and was on call to address the issue. The inhouse team was also very supportive. A thank you should go to Simon too, he often took my calls and delt with them quickly. Lastly, on the day the family went in to pick up the keys, we received a warm greeting from Russell Gibbs (Partner) who sent us on our way with our keys and nices words. It was a pleasure to deal with this team at Christoper Russell and i recommend selling/ buying through them.

GoogleJay Johnson had taken the time to call me for feedback on a property viewing, and having listened he suggested he had a property that exactly matched. At the viewing he was very knowledgeable of the house, flagged aspects that were important to a buyer and was very professional to deal with. Was accommodating to organise further viewings. Overall he has been a pleasure to deal with and really appreciate the great service, and importantly helping us to find our forever home.

GooglePhoned multiple times to complain about damage done to a shared gennal lock the owner of their let damaged to gain access. When I called the office they gave my number to the property owner breaking GDPR.They also never returned any of my calls to discuss repairs despite saying someone would return my call . I am now forced to repair the lock, even though the owner of their let broke it. I guess, the best irony will be if they reply to this review considering they have never replied to my many calls and polite messages. Hopefully your property is never next to one of their lets. Really rubbish all round.

GoogleWe used Christopher Russell to sell our flat. It always seemed to be unusually busy in there compared to other agencies. Lots of agents working hard to sell properties. We had four offers within three weeks or so and sold it for the price Russell thought it would sell for. Highly recommend this agency if you want a good and effective service. They worked well with our solicitors Cain Associates in Bexleyheath and it went through very smoothly. Thank you.

GoogleJust avoid...as an estate agent, we haven’t dealt with a conveyancing firm this poor in quite some time. Communication has been awful, and ever since we referred our first client, the BDM has disappeared and hasn’t checked in once. It’s a shame, as we have the potential to pass a significant amount of business their way.

GoogleVery easy and quick to use. Approval obtained within 10 mins. You would think that deserved a 5 star review. The problem is you have to handover your username and password so they are able to see your bank account details. Who in their right mind would hand details like that over to an online stranger? A tennant who needs to rent somewhere apparently. Be aware and be ready to change your banking credentials as soon as you have finished with this company.

GoogleI’ve been a customer with Dezrez for 15 years and whilst I’ve only used selected parts of it, preferring to use our existing in house system, it has sufficed for my requirements. The purpose of this review is to warn prospective clients that Rezi don’t offer any options other than a fixed two year contract followed by an automatic further two year contract which is subject to 60 days notice. Neither do they send out any reminder at all that the existing contract is coming up for renewal which was the least I would have expected from any company. As a consequence having received an unexpected offer and sold my business I’m obliged to pay further 15 months subscription for precisely nothing When I was closing down all the accounts, whilst every other company simply thanked me for my custom Rezi reminded me I was locked in until December 2025. End of. I did send them a copy of this review to check its accuracy but they haven’t chosen to reply. Regrettably I couldn’t recommend this company, not because of their product but because of their attitude.

GoogleI used Keysafe Tenant Vetting Limited to provide my details as a guarantor. It was very quick and easy. I got stuck briefly at the Open Banking page, which I completed but the checklist still said I needed to complete the step. After clicking to complete the step again, I realised it was the same process I had just been through. I used the back button and the process was showing as complete. The letting agency never let me know the outcome, but did tell the prospective tenant. That has not affected this review, as it seems common practice.
