Sale of property in Sidcup

I had a fantastic experience selling my home, our agent Hannah Glazebrook from Christopher Russell really knew what she was talking about. Hannah was extremely knowledgable of the local area, my home went on the market in June, Hannah handled all the viewings and her positive yet approachable personality coupled with her extensive Knowldge of selling homes in the area enabled her to find us a buyer Whithin 5 days!! We were over the moon with the Service we experienced and contracts were exchanged just a few months after receiving the the offer from the buyer. I would not hesitate in recommending Hannah of Christopher Russle estate agents in Sidcup , for anyone who wants a prompt and professional sale of their property

End result was achieved but service was so so

We had an open house for our property and were advised to use a wide price range which I wasn't 100% comfortable with but agreed as they are deemed to be the experts. We ended up getting less for the property than I would have liked. The person who came to do the open day had clearly done zero preparation for the process which I was disappointed with as I was looking to him to be the figure head for the sale. Most of my interactions with the various estate agents there were underwhelming. There was a lot of your standard answers when the truth was they could not answer my questions. The real bonus though was once the sale started to go through and Trudie Hepple got involved. She was very much on the ball and got the whole process progressing very quickly - I was extremely grateful for her help. My personal opinion is if you have a property that needs genuine investment from the estate agent it might be worth trying someone else. If your property will easily sell and you want someone competent dealing with the sale, if you can get Trudie on board then that will significantly help.

I would like to thank the whole team at Christopher Russell during the sale of my property .. There were defiantly up and downs with two sales falling through . Christopher Russell were always keeping me updated with the sale of my property and were always there to listen during a stressful time .. They made the whole process as smooth as possible .. Sale of Property

We could not have been more satisfied with the efforts of this Company. Buying and Selling can be very traumatic and we are at an age when things take their toll Hannah and Abbey helped trying to find us another home. Trudie and Joe were especially helpful going through the process of selling our house and if, for any reason, they were not available, the rest of the staff made sure that they took details and passed then on as quickly as possible so that our calls could be returned and our minds put at rest. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying so they made things simple for us to understand but more importantly put things into perspective They contacted other Agents and Solicitors in respect of our purchase to give us the very latest position so we were never in any doubt at what stage we were at. More than satisfied!

We used Steve Nobbs from Christopher Russell to sell as he was recommended to us by friends. We live in New Zealand and sold our house in Sidcup and thought this would pose many problems. Christopher Russell and in particular, Steve, proved us so very wrong! We achieved more than expected for our house and in our eyes, the agent went "beyond the call of duty" to make sure the sale went through as seamlessly as possible. They liaised with us and although our morning was their night and vice versa, we were kept up to date with the progress of our sale. Fantastic Serviced from dedicated staff

We received a very good service from all of the staff at Christopher Russell in Sidcup. They helped us through each stage of selling our property. They marketed the property perfectly which generated a lot of interest and we had a buyer secured on our first open day. Even when that buyer pulled out, Christopher Russell found us another buyer within 48 hours. All staff we dealt with were very professional, they communicated well and provided lots of feedback.
