Keysafe Instant Referencing service is indeed much ore efficient than the traditional method of referencing. The online platform is very user friendly and easy to us. It appears that once you place an order the work is issued to an overseas agent, this makes communication very difficult using broken English, in addition there is a total lack of knowledge relating to search terms, English pronunciation of local areas and cities, despite complaints and many requests for contact by a UK based contact they simply do not engage.
