GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Christopher Russell estate agents. The communication is absolutely terrible. Simon, who dealt with me, constantly gave excuses and failed to follow through on promises. I had to chase them four times just to arrange a viewing on a property! Even after finally viewing the property, there was no follow-up call or email to seek my interest. It's evident that they really don't care about selling a property or providing any kind of decent customer service. This whole experience has been a complete waste of my time as a buyer. Given their lack of professionalism and responsiveness, I would never trust them to sell my property. Avoid them if you value your time and want a stress-free experience.

GoogleI have been working with Starberry for over 6 years. I've found all staff to be very helpful and always available. We use their complete service including social media, SEO, google ads, editing etc. In particular I would like to shout out three staff who I have found to be particularly amazing. Franklyn, he is my account manager. He is one of the hardest working people I've ever met, always available, always striving to help us get to the next level. Deepak, he has been editing videos for us. The quality of his edits have been superb. We've had more followers, more reach and more leads since he has been helping us. And finally last but not least Krishna. He has been helping us with SEO. He's work has got us onto the first page and top three in loads of search terms. Since he has come on board our results have been superb. Thank you all for your efforts.

GoogleClaire sold my house for me and was amazing from start to finish. She was helpful every step of the way and on the phone 24/7. She set up a private what's app group so myself and my fiancé could both reply to any messages whilst each other was at work. I have already recommended two people to her wishing to sell their houses. GoogleNot a system I would recommend to an experienced estate agent. If you've never done the job and want a system that will help you be a basic quality estate agent then this is for you. It is clearly a system written by software writers not by estate agents as it isn't intuitive and uses language that is not used in our business. There are many good things about it if you want to sit and learn how to use it, but for experienced busy agents that want a tool to enhance what they do already, it just isn't right.
