GoogleAbsolutely disgusted at the service received with regards my step daughters rental through Northwood. The property was disgustingly dirty on receipt of the keys, but have the cheek to state they will charge for a professional clean once the rental agreement is over. Dirty hand prints on the walls, dried food all over the kitchen counters, spider webs and dead flies everywhere. In my opinion, the worst letting agents I have ever encountered.
Mr Mailer, I am aware of the circumstances at which you are raising your complaint and I would like to think that I was able to resolve those issues for you and I hope the fact that your daughter has renewed her contract with us on several occasions that this is testament to that fact. GoogleHorrible customer service. When we went to look at the house, the agent simply told us to "go look around." He did not assist us in any way, and when we finally made an offer to rent the house, they said it was too small for us. This is the second occasion in which we have been subjected to such discrimination by Northwood. When someone from Eastern Europe tries to rent from them, they act as if it's some kind of joke, which was our experience when we sought to rent from them three years ago. When they started smirking at us when we were asking questions, I couldn't help but feel that we were being treated differently throughout the whole conversation. It seemed as though they were making fun of our accent. Didn't anticipate encountering such bias in the workplace. On that day, they informed us that they were unable to offer us a two-bedroom property since it is insufficiently spacious for a couple who has two young children. We lucked out since another agency that wasn't as bigoted as the first did rent us a house that was the same size as the one next door. A week later, Northwood rented the house next door to an English family with youths. They refused to rent it to us.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Northwood Lettings, all the staff were very friendly and offered expert advice whenever it was needed. Communication was excellent and the service provided was good value for money and super efficient. Northwood was highly recommended to us by a friend and in turn, we can highly recommend Northwood - we would happily use them again in the future. 10/10!
