We’re very happy with the service that was provided to us by Northwood. Angela was amazing at getting us started on the purchase but sadly left. There was a little confusion after, but Yvonne and her team took over and helped out and helped us finish the purchase. There was a little problems that we ran into with third parties, but the team at Northwood helped us resolved all problems we had and made our experience a lot less stressful. Every time we contacted them they were always available to help. Yvonne always knew how to keep us calm in stressful situations and we thank her for all her support and getting us through one of the most stressful thing in life. We would like to thank Yvonne and the whole team at Northwood. We couldn’t of done it without them.

This has been my first time renting a property and from my first enquiry I have been dealt with professionally and efficiently (even though this was during the lockdown due to COVID-19). I dealt with Cameron initially up to signing the lease and collecting my keys and he answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful. You can forget about this estate agency giving a damn about any maintenance. 2 months for a washing machine, 2 weeks without a toilet, 3 months for a simple oven repair, 4 years for an extractor fan replacement. Now I’m being ghosted about a broken fridge and an electrical teleswitch which needs to be removed else electricity will not be available to the flat. All this for an increase in rent. They only have one contractor across all their Manchester properties. Avoid at all costs. Update: I have now been without a fridge/freezer for 2 months

My experience with Northwood Sale was very unpleasant, particularly with the director of the business, *. He is very abusive and uses a number of bullying tactics; such as serving faulty eviction orders to turning up to your property unannounced. * always aggressive and often offensive, he consistently displayed highly inappropriate conduct. All of the repairs reported were not dealt with in a timely manner or left for long periods of time. The customer service team were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Heavily pregnant and struggling to find somewhere to live, Kelly made every effort to assist in finding me the right home. She arranged multiple property viewings and answered all queries I had promptly and professionally. With only a small time frame in which to find a property before my due date, I can’t thank Kelly enough for her genuine support and expertise. I have to be truly honest, over the last few years of renting a property from Northwood, there has been some set backs and delays. However the last few times I have had a query or if there has been a problem with the property, it has been Kelly I have directly dealt with and can honestly say I've never dealt with anyone who has been on the ball as much as she has. There has been a solution/workman sent out the very next day both tunes and has really put my mind at ease in regards to dealing with Northwood.
