Hi Mark, my name is Daniel and I’m the manager and director of the branch. I’m sorry that your experience has not been up to your expectation however if you could tell me what has caused you to rate us then that would be appreciated so that I can either rectify the issue or make sure this does not happen again? Your feedback is valued and I would love to hear what experience caused this for you? Kind regards.
