GoogleMoved house dozens of times, these guys are the worst Ive ever dealt with by far! Loads of unnecessary costs, never there when you need them, polite when you go in and sign / take your money but all down hill from there. Never again!!!!

GoogleTenant had to be evicted after refusing to leave. Under the guaranteed rent scheme Northwood did all the paperwork and prepared the case for court. All I did was just wait for the keys. Good friendly staff and service. Would recommend Northwood to others.

I have been with Northwood for about 20 years as managing agents for my property. I have to say I have had excellent and prompt service. Whenever anything has gone wrong with the property it Has been sorted promptly. The staff have always been friendly and approachable. I would recommend Northwood, Sale as a letting agent. . .

GoogleNot a positive experience at all. Bullying tactics used to try to force a completion. Raised voice during a phone call - a complete lack of customer service/people skills. I would 100% not recommend.

Hi Louise, I am so sorry you feel this way. I am not making any excuses as raised voices is unacceptable however our passion and car for our clients has obviously over spilled in this situation in trying to achieve an acceptable completion date for our client. I am sorry for any stress caused.

GoogleProcess for dealing with sale of our house was clearly explained. Within a week of first viewings we had several offers and accepted one (better than expected). Now in hands of Solicitors.

GoogleNo contact throughout coronavirus, no sold sign even though we sold it on day one and did not do as requested and allow others to view in case buyers dropped out, so no second option. GoogleRelocating from one end of the country to the other was painless with Northwood; they couldn't have helped and supported the process any more - Cameron in particular was so helpful and was incredibly responsive to messages and quick in responding to my queries. Made what could have been in incredibly stressful situation a breeze! Can't recommend highly enough!
