GoogleTommy was great in helping us get a valuation for probate. He was respectful and really efficient - just got on with it. He was also very kind regarding our loss and refreshingly honest in answering our questions and explaining everything clearly. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

GoogleOnce again Kevin and his team have helped us through another sale - this time selling my mother in laws house and also purchasing an apartment for her. I cannot thank them enough for their work during what turned out to be a very stressful time. GoogleLydia has been nothing short of excellent to work with through this transition we made in our new home, we were faced with a few setbacks due to matters that were completely out of Lydia's hands, and she has taken matters in her own hands to make our transition as smooth as possible. I must also make note, that even at times when we were frustrated and flustered, which is very common when moving house, she did not fail to deliver with the best mannerism and customer service. GoogleKevin and his team sold my house for me. They are hugely knowledgeable about the local market and give sound advice on pricing strategy. The agents showing the property take time getting to know the property in advance, and are very good at giving timely feedback after viewings. The lead agent (Kevin is always very personally involved) does a wonderful job of chasing transaction solicitors and liaising between buyer and seller, removing a lot of stress from the process. Gibson Honey are always professional, efficient and friendly - I would use them without hesitation in future. GoogleGibson Honey sold us our property and we were really struck by their outstanding service and how ethical their approach was. I dealt with Tommy, who always took the time to make sure we felt informed and was straight with us about where things were when it was time to make an offer (e.g. when we'd need to have our offer in by and that the seller was hoping to accept one soon). This made me feel confident to make a serious offer rather than worrying that we were being played off against other people. When our offer was accepted, there were some delays in moving things forward, and Tommy made sure that the process continued and helped things not break down by keeping both sides reassured and informed. We really appreciate the kind and professional service we received from Tommy and Gibson Honey - although we know they were the seller's agent, we felt like they were acting for us too.

FacebookKevin and the team have been amazing with the sale of my parents house - Kevin pitched for the business as we'd heard great things but I was keen to understand his go to market plan to realize the potential of the property and his planning, knowledge and experience in this area sealed the deal. His team through the process were quick to respond, diligent, eye for detail, kept us calm when plans had to be adjusted and got us over the line. A great team led by Kevin and thanks again for allowing us to sell my parents house at a tough time for us and allow mum the opportunity to enjoy the rest of her years near us with the sale of the house of 47 years. I highly recommend kevin and his team - he's even looking after a second sale for me!!!
