I recently relocated my residence and go it in touch with this agency as it had a reputation of being best local agent in Ruislip .the options they had were very diverse including this property which was yet to come on the market .I liked in my first viewing .there on the process of moving and communication /response rate was amazing and super smooth . Special thanks to Beth and Laura at the agency for their help and assistance.

It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Gibson Honey. Friendly, positive staff with excellent Customer service . Thank you to Bethan in particular who worked extremely hard , securing a property for us on such short notice . Bethan looked after us and our expectations extremely well and provided an excellent after care service ensuring we were happy after we had moved into the property. I would highly recommend Gibson Honey , it has been a long time since I have experienced an Estate Agency who provided such an excellent service.

We moved into one of Gibson Honey's Ruislip flats by the end of November 2016. We can say that we are truly happy with their services (and we know to value them because we've had very bad experiences with other agents and therefore are happy to have someone much more reliable now). From the very start the service was great. We found an interesting flat online, had a phone conversation with a very helpful staff member, were given the opportunity to view the flat the same day and received all the necessary information about the referencing process. Later on we promptly received the tenancy agreement, all kinds of information on rental in England, appliance certificates and more. The team are polite, helpful and are always available when we need assistance or have questions. When maintenance work was due or appliances had to be repaired/replaced, this was always done quickly and to our full satisfaction. As anybody else, I was anxious with my new move to London but I must say, Gibson Honey really made the process of moving very easy and relieving. The day the government announced that viewings will be open. one of the agents from Gibson Honey took us to the flat we had selected online. They were there before us so we didn't have to wait and everything was handled very professionally and with utmost precaution and hygiene due to covid-19. The post-selecting the flat process was also very thorough and secure. They have been very responsive and happily attended to a request to be able to visit the flat once again for buying the furniture. Would highly recommend them!
