Excellent service, highly recommended

I have let a property with Kevin and the team at Gibson Honey for over 7 years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have never had any issues or cause for concern. I trust their judgement and experience and find them utterly approachable, flexible and diligent. They are excellent at communication, always timely and thorough with regard to contract renewal, flexible with their time and always generous with advice. They value client loyalty, their legal and local knowledge is fantastic and their general understanding of properties and the market is second to none. I am very grateful for all their work on my behalf and will continue to support their business for many years into the future. Thank you Kevin and all at Gibson Honey.

Fantastic local letting agent

I would not hesitate to recommend Gibson Honey as letting agents. Laura was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed of any new developments whilst I was trying to attract suitable tenants. A very professional service. After previously using an alternative local agent, Gibson Honey exceeded all expectations in every aspect of the process. Thank you.

Top class service

Kevin and Natalie worked tirelessly to sell my mother’s property despite all the current market uncertainties. They were in constant attendance with prospective buyers and always kept me fully informed - and offered much needed advice. Everyone I spoke to at Gibson Honey acted with professionalism and competence and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

A great Estate Agent, I can't recommend highly enough.

I have used the services provided by Gibson Honey for some years now. As a landlord I contacted Gibson Honey to source some some tenants for my property, as they came highly recommended in the area. Since the beginning of 2020 Gibson Honey provided 2 perfect tenants to rent the property, and Gibson Honey have been nothing short of perfection communicating between us, and acting as a management agent in our absence. The lettings team I've dealt with over the years, including but not limited to, Bethan and Lydia, are always friendly, professional, quick to reply, and extremely helpful. This has also led me to use Gibson Honey for the sale of my property also, as I know I am in a safe hands with their professional and expert sales team.

Outstanding Service

I was recommended Gibson Honey and having dealt with both the sales and letting team, I also highly recommend their services across both divisions of the business. The team was very professional and incredibly helpful with brilliant communication; the team was always available to speak to and ensured they kept us in the loop throughout the process. The team also demonstrated a high level of knowledge on the local market which gave us the reassurance we were in capable hands. Moving can be a very stressful experience but the competency and efficiency of the Gibson Honey team ensured this was a smooth and easy process. We would not hesitate to use Gibson Honey again.

Gibson Honey Letting Management Services

I procured the services of Gibson Honey for their Letting Management Services. I was really pleased with the service they provided with everything from the initial set up of the letting agreement through to the monthly management of rent collection and any other issues that required attention during the tenancy. I had a dedicated agent which handled most of the activity, however all members of staff were on hand to lend support when required. Overall service was friendly and honest with great advice available whenever required. All documentation and statements were produced in a timely manner with no inconsistencies or irregularities, making the overall process really easy and hassle free. Highly recommend Gibson Honey for all your estate agent needs. Thanks. Regards, Yousef Assi

GH are currently our rental agent and I recommend them to all.

GH were recommended to me by a friend. I was hesitant because I wanted to go with one of the more 'major' agents in Ruislip. I met with 3 different agents and GH were head and shoulders above the rest. They were responsive but not overly pushy when we were negotiating and when it came to finding tenants I really felt that they were working to find me the best clients, not just get the house rented to anyone. Since the rental agreement has started, GH have remained engaged whenever we have needed them. My overall experience has been v v positive.

Oustanding

We used Gibson Honey in Ruislip Manor as they had come highly recommended. We were not disappointed one bit. Bethan, Lydia, and the rest of the lettings team we're great, they had great communication, always on time and kept to their word, and always, always service with a smile! We were not left confused one bit, they explained everything we needed clearly and effectively, and we got great new tenants with minimum fuss!

High Quality Professionals

Gibson Honey acted as the agent selling my mother's property and provided a great service from start to finish. Offering a personal touch not normally associated with estate agents, with a great knowledge of the area and their field. Following this they have been letting my rental property for almost two years and have continued this professional service. As a repeat customer I would highly recommend Gibson Honey for their great attitude, professionalism and personal service.
