Kevin, Tommy, Robyn and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Always responsive, courteous and helpful with every stage of the process, even those which didn't technically fall under their remit. They were proactive when necessary and showed real empathy with our situation too especially when it came to the business end of agreeing a completion date in a chain on 6! Best agents I have ever used and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the future. Thanks guys!

5 stars does not do them justice!

I cannot rate Gibson Honey high enough a five star rating does not do them justice. We bought a house from Gibson Honey and from start to finish their service has been exceptional, going the extra mile for everything. For us it was a long process as we where in a chain but Kevin was in constant contact with us with weekly updates and then towards the end he phoned us daily! When Kevin wasn’t in, his team especially Natalie, Robyn, Beth, Lydia and Tommy where completely aware of everything, knew who we where and the status of our sale. The communication was faultless. I will truly miss team and our chats, they are all such wonderful people and I really can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service and cares about the client and not the commission

House moving is a very stressful time but if you have a good estate agent it can make such a difference to it being a smooth process or an absolute nightmare. Kevin at Gibson Honey was the agent of the house I am purchasing. Right through the whole process he has kept me up to date and chased all the other agents to ensure exchange went ahead. I truly believe without Kevin's hard work the chain would have broken down. A real pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Excellent Agent

Having searched for my own home to buy, I found my home through this agent. Others I dealt with were unhelpful and in some cases rude. Certainly not the case here. They returned calls and emails, kept me informed and were easy to deal with. The sale hit problems up the chain, but Kevin and his team kept it together and I am very grateful to them for getting me into my new abode. Cannot Fault the Process
