They were proactive when necessary and showed real empathy with our situation too especially when it came to the business end of agreeing a completion date in a chain on 6! I recently relocated my residence and go it in touch with this agency as it had a reputation of being best local agent in Ruislip .the options they had were very diverse including this property which was yet to come on the market .I liked in my first viewing .there on the process of moving and communication /response rate was amazing and super smooth . GoogleMyself and my partner entered the Gibson Honey offices on a Friday afternoon, to discuss the issue of mould buildup in the downstairs of the property we rented. On the Monday morning we were served with an eviction notice. If you’re a tenant, it serves to be aware of the sort of people you are dealing with at this agency.
I was naturally disappointed to see how you have rated your experience with Gibson Honey, but also very surprised to read your comments, given the circumstances and background of the situation which you have not mentioned here. As you know, the works required to remedy the issue were quite extensive and initially we worked towards these being completed while you still lived at the property. However, having listened to your concerns and views at our meeting, it became apparent that this was not feasible and that it would be in the best interest of all parties to have the works carried out after you had vacated the property. The landlords therefore decided not to renew the tenancy, a decision which you did say yourselves at the time, was a disappointing, but understandable one. As is the case with any agent acting on a landlord’s behalf, we are always obliged to act on a landlord’s instructions. However, we also have a duty of care to a tenant, which is a role that we take very seriously. I truly believe that in this case we worked hard to manage the whole situation with your best interests in mind and I am sorry that you did not see it this way. I wish you all the best. Laura Gordon

Bethan communicated with us very well, kept us up to date with feedback on the viewings and was very professional throughout. Then came Robyn and Tommy, amazing job done when they came to do the photos and do a write up on the property. I was so overwhelmed with the attention to detail when we received our draft brochure. The next stage was marketing of the property which was done on a wide range of platforms leading to 9 viewings arranged within 24 hrs and 3 offers after just one day's viewings. The level of feedback from viewings and constant communication was outstanding. Also handy was the online portal where we could monitor the progress of marketing and offers. Gibson Honey zeroed in on the target market for our property from day one. From offer to completion, Robyn handled the whole transaction with a calm and collected approach. We bought a house from Gibson Honey and from start to finish their service has been exceptional, going the extra mile for everything. For us it was a long process as we where in a chain but Kevin was in constant contact with us with weekly updates and then towards the end he phoned us daily! When Kevin wasn’t in, his team especially Natalie, Robyn, Beth, Lydia and Tommy where completely aware of everything, knew who we where and the status of our sale. The communication was faultless.
