Bethan kept me very well informed and the service was always very honest, friendly and professional. They soon found some tenants for my property and I would not go anywhere else. Highly Recommended. I cannot rate Gibson Honey high enough a five star rating does not do them justice. We bought a house from Gibson Honey and from start to finish their service has been exceptional, going the extra mile for everything. For us it was a long process as we where in a chain but Kevin was in constant contact with us with weekly updates and then towards the end he phoned us daily! When Kevin wasn’t in, his team especially Natalie, Robyn, Beth, Lydia and Tommy where completely aware of everything, knew who we where and the status of our sale. The communication was faultless. I will truly miss team and our chats, they are all such wonderful people and I really can’t recommend them enough.

Myself and my husband cannot rate Gibson Honey more highly. If you are looking to buy or sell soon, then this estate agency is the one to do that for you. The service and professionalism provided by all members of staff is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly voice across the telephone, even when things got stressful! We, unfortunately, lost a buyer after lockdown but Gibson Honey re-sold the property the next day and we are now happily in our new home and that is thanks to the amazing support provided by Kevin and his team. We hope this is our 'forever home' but should we decide to move again in the future then Gibson Honey is who we will call. A huge thank you to Kevin, Natalie, Robyn, Laura, Lydia and Bethany - you're all fantastic! :o)

GoogleI had a viewing for a three bedroom property with Gibson Honey in late November. I had the pleasure of scheduling the appointment as well as being shown round the property by Helena. She was attentive to my needs and worries as a first time buyer, which I appreciated massively. The effort Helena demonstrated to satisfy my wife and I whilst acknowledging the importance to keep within my budget. 100% recommend the experience we had with Gibson Honey and Helena. We will definitely be using Gibson Honey to upsize in the future.

From the moment we went on the market with Gibson Honey, through to completing on our sale for and purchase, our experience of, and relationship with, Kevin and his wonderful staff was excellent. GH are a small, customer-focused agency who provide a lot of great advice and much-appreciated support to their clients throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns were always dealt with in a warm, friendly but professional manner, and due to Kevin’s years of experience running his own agency, he had all the time in the world for us whenever we needed him. Selling a home is stressful process, but thanks to Kevin’s support and down-to-earth honestly and sense of humour, our journey was made all the more positive. We cannot thank Kevin and his team enough, and we will miss chatting to them! However, we have promised to keep in touch and send photos of all the work we do to our new house! GoogleWhen we decided to sell our property, we interviewed four local estate agents, investigated the online alternatives and, in the end, chose Gibson Honey to act as our representatives. My son had previously used Gibson Honey, which contributed to our decision, but what a very good choice this turned out to be. Kevin Gibson and his team, particularly Natalie, were first class. We originally placed our property on the market in June 2018, but with no sensible offers, we decided to take ourselves off the market in October 2018. We took this decision after guidance and advice from Kevin. There was no pressure to sell cheap or take whatever was being offered, just good sensible and solid advice. Kevin’s advice was, if you are not sure what to do, do nothing, which is exactly what we did. I have to say, this was something of a surprise as we thought Estate Agents would just be concerned about making the sale. This could not have been further from the truth. Kevin put my wife and I, our personal situation and our future at the forefront of everything he did, every piece of advice he gave. We took our property off the market, saw Christmas and the New Year through and, again, after taking guidance form Kevin, we reduced our asking price slightly and went back on the market in April 2019 finding a perfect buyer in June 2019 and completing in October 2019 which suited all parties in the chain. Looking back our sale was not straightforward. Apart from the fact that we lived on a main road, the market was in a state of fluctuation caused by the uncertainty over Brexit. Throughout the entire process, Kevin and his team managed everything, dealing with the viewings and providing good honest feedback from those. When offers were made, Kevin carried out background investigations and then presented all the details to us in a way that allowed us to build a good picture of the offer and just how good that offer was. When we finally agreed on an offer, Kevin dealt with a chain of solicitors, estate agents and various other individuals involved in the sales and purchases all the way through to completion. Always available, Kevin was brilliant, and Natalie was not far behind but, to be honest, we have dealt with most of the team over the last 15 months and they are all fabulous. Always calm and always willing to take ownership of issues, Kevin communicated everything as it was happening and in terms that we could understand. Always open and honest, everything was transparent, which allowed everyone in the chain to have a clear understanding of what was going on and what needed to happen in order that the chain could complete. Gibson Honey are a local company. Kevin Gibson is Ruislip through and through and his core principals of transparency and honesty are passed onto his entire team. At every stage of the process, including the odd obstacle encountered, he has pulled all his team together to move the sale forward meeting all our criteria. GoogleWe sold our flat and purchased our new house through Gibson Honey and I couldn’t of asked for anything more from them. They were fantastic from the beginning to the end. As we got closer to completion it was all getting a little stressful as the whole chain tried to exchange and complete in a short period but Kevin was brilliant at keeping everyone in the chain informed of what was going on and speaking to solicitors to keep it all moving and ensure it happened on the date we wanted. The whole team at Gibson Honey are fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We dealt with a lot of estate agents whilst looking for the perfect house and none of them compare to the brilliant service you get from Gibson Honey. However, the whole team at Gibson Honey were very helpful throughout and kept us fully informed at each at each stage of the purchase, thus putting us at ease! (I wish we could say the same about our solicitor who seemed to do everything at a snails pace and didn't explain anything!) Emails and calls were answered very quickly. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our purchase. The house was well maintained and we didn't have to do any work when we moved in. Gibson Honey is a very friendly and professional estate agent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely use them again when the time comes to sell ! I felt no pressure to put my house on the market, but when the decision finally arrived the sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed with the level of communication and felt as though I was kept up to date at each stage of the transaction. There was always someone available to answer my phone queries and my emails were responded to very quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Kevin/Laura and their team to my family and friends for future sales.
