I hadn't moved house for forty years, and had never sold a house in my own right, so I approached the whole process with trepidation. Gibson Honey now have a prominent High Street presence in Ruislip, but I decided to go with them when they were hidden away down a side street, but offered a personal service that appealed to me, Kevin Gibson struck me as honest from the start, making it clear that he wasn't certain of the market soon after Brexit, but furnishing detailed statistics nevertheless. I lost a buyer at 4pm on Christmas Eve, and lost a purchase a month later, so the process wasn't much fun at times, but throughout the process Kevin was upbeat and supportive, tolerating my waverings, and gently telling me the hard truths I needed to know. I would have no hesitation in using Gibson Honey again, and I hope that their new office will soon be full of people who have read these five-star reviews (and I never give five stars lightly!) and knowing they're in good hands.

We moved into one of Gibson Honey's Ruislip flats by the end of November 2016.
We can say that we are truly happy with their services (and we know to value them because we've had very bad experiences with other agents and therefore are happy to have someone much more reliable now).
From the very start the service was great. We found an interesting flat online, had a phone conversation with a very helpful staff member, were given the opportunity to view the flat the same day and received all the necessary information about the referencing process.
Later on we promptly received the tenancy agreement, all kinds of information on rental in England, appliance certificates and more. The team are polite, helpful and are always available when we need assistance or have questions. When maintenance work was due or appliances had to be repaired/replaced, this was always done quickly and to our full satisfaction.
We'd like to thank the whole team and especially Bethan Rich for their help and support.

House moving is a very stressful time but if you have a good estate agent it can make such a difference to it being a smooth process or an absolute nightmare. Google5 years ago I purchased my flat through Gibson Honey and today I've just completed selling my flat using Gibson Honey. Both times Gibson Honey (and especially Kevin Gibson who has been my main point of contact) have been exceptionally efficient at responding and following up any enquiries that I raised. Neither the sale or the purchase were anywhere near straightforward so I feel lucky to have encountered such a good estate agent. I've always felt that they've been honest with me (you can trust what I say as I'm not an estate agent!).
I will be telling any family or friends selling properties nearby to go with these guys (and I'll definitely be telling them about the bad experiences I've had with some of the other local estate agents!). I don't know how some other companies can get away with charging more for a lesser service. I almost forgot to add that they sold my flat for more than I expected!

Our sale wasn't a smooth process - our first buyer dropped out and the vendors of the house we were buying wanted to put theirs back on the market. Kevin Gibson worked extremely hard to market our house and in the space of two days, we had several offers (one for more than we'd accepted the first time) and we bought the house we wanted - now our family home.

Kevin is a great guy and fully understanding of seller nerves.
We made the bold move to try and sell our flat the same year we were due to be married, yet Kevin was not pushing us to do so. If anything he encouraged us to think about it more (unlike some other agents). For me this spoke volumes about the honesty and integrity that all the guys at Gibson Honey carry themselves with.

I'm so pleased he did- I found them to be very professional and reliable.They took the stress out of the moving process for us and it all ran really smoothly. The flat was sold quickly (in under three weeks) and my husband and I were impressed at their level of expertise. .
Kevin and the rest of the team take time to build up a relationship with their clients and are always available to speak to with queries. In the past, I have found some estate agents hard to work with, but Gibson Honey don't fit that stereotype at all!.

Over the years, we have dealt with many estate agents. Gibson Honey are cut from a unique cloth. They are there to provide a personal touch rather than just add a property to rightmove and wait for the calls. When they found out current home for us, Kevin walked in, knew it matched our requirements and phoned us immediately. The rest is history. We have a rental which Laura has been working with us on. No question is too small and she is always there to lend an ear / dish some advice. While Gibson Honey remain so customer centric and service orientated, I don’t believe we would ever put our faith in another agent in quite the same way.

Fantastic experience when I sold my house. Kevin and his team take the stigma that estate agents come with and make you realise that you shouldn't stereotype. He is highly personable and professional. You can tell he works tirelessly on small details to make the upheaval the seller goes through painless.
