GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid this company as the majority of staff are very unprofessional and rude. Bethan in particular was a nightmare to deal with and made things extremely difficult whilst we were dealing with this company. EDIT: It really does show the companies maturity, denying all knowledge of having dealt with me. I can see this isn't the first time you've denied having dealt with someone who has left you a bad review. I have attached a copy of correspondence from the company, just to show that we have in fact dealt with each other. I will not be communicating with you further.
We are very disappointed to hear that your experience with the company was not up to our usual high standards.
