GoogleExcellent company to deal with. They have recently let a house for me in Ruislip Manor and their professionalism exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommended. More importantly, with the increasing amount of legislation being imposed on Landlords in the foreseeable future it is imperative that Managing Agents are fully aware of the obligations and responsibilities to ensure that Landlords are fully compliant. As an executive committee member of one of the UKs regulatory bodies for the property industry, I can relax knowing that Gibson Honey are fully aware of all statutory requirements and I trust them implicitly to look after my investment as well as to be fair and reasonable with the tenants. To sum up - a professional and knowledgeable company to deal with.

GoogleWe used Gibson Honey to buy our home and although estate agents can have a bit of a bad rep, GH kept us in the loop throughout the whole process with excellent communication so we never needed to chase even once. We used Tommy initially and then Wendy once the offer was accepted and we weren't the easiest people to deal with but they remained professional throughout. GoogleIt was very disappointing with GibsonHoney Agency, they mailed me for viewing a house and no one came from the agency when I called and asked they said it was a mistake, I came from a long way to see after my work and waiting for half an hour , made me very disappointed
We were very sorry to read your review and have now fully investigated the matter. We can see that you spoke to a member of our staff by phone on Thursday 18th August and booked a viewing at one of our properties for Saturday 20th August. A confirmation email was subsequently sent but, unfortunately, the date on this email was incorrect. The error only came to light when you called upon arrival at the property, and we apologise once again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We wish to assure you that this was an isolated incident but have nonetheless taken steps to ensure that such an error cannot occur again in the future. With best wishes.
