GoogleWe were very happy with the service provided by Gibson Honey. Robyn who dealt with our sale was extremely helpful and never made us feel like anything was a bother. We felt she really cared about our purchase and wanted it to succeed and did anything necessary to achieve this. It really felt like we were purchasing through a company that was caring and personal, everyone we met was kind, helpful and friendly which has not been our previous experience! The gift box we received with our keys was a really touching present - especially after a somewhat difficult buy! We would absolutely recommend using them and if we come to sell or buy again I would not hesitate to use them.

GoogleGibson Honey are now handling the letting of my property , when my previous tenants decided to move on I did have concerns around getting new tenants in due to such challenging times at the moment, but they were swift at moving the process along as soon as I registered with them and as a result I had a tenant within 2-3 weeks via them , they were super clear in their communication throughout the whole process and always came back to all my queries very fast and made me feel comfortable all was running to plan , highly recommend.

We purchased our property through Gibson Honey and cannot say a bad thing with the experience. After using several estate agents to find a suitable property, we can easily say the staff at GH were always available to answer any questions we had but also proactive to ensure we was kept up to date with the transaction, rather than a reactive measure from other organisations. We definitely would recommend Gibson Honey if you want some piece of mind to help you along the way on one of your biggest steps in life.

I have used the services provided by Gibson Honey for some years now. As a landlord I contacted Gibson Honey to source some some tenants for my property, as they came highly recommended in the area. Since the beginning of 2020 Gibson Honey provided 2 perfect tenants to rent the property, and Gibson Honey have been nothing short of perfection communicating between us, and acting as a management agent in our absence. The lettings team I've dealt with over the years, including but not limited to, Bethan and Lydia, are always friendly, professional, quick to reply, and extremely helpful. This has also led me to use Gibson Honey for the sale of my property also, as I know I am in a safe hands with their professional and expert sales team.

GoogleI write to provide a review for Gibson Honey. I have been in contact with Lydia Perry and Bethan Rich at Gibson Honey to help me find a house. Lydia in the beginning gave me her full attention and understood my requirements. After which she was really quick at helping me identify which house I might like and I must say she was spot on ! She was really polite, patient and pleasant to deal with. Thereafter once the house was selected the case was then forwarded to Bethan Rich, who has been really prompt at addressing all our queries and ensuring the process goes very swiftly. All our documents were checked and we were also introduced to our landlord - who is also very nice. We had to pop in to the office to verify the documents and the staff there were also really polite. In general I would say if you are looking for a house - please call Lydia and Bethan who are an asset to Gibson Honey ! GoogleAs anybody else, I was anxious with my new move to London but I must say, Gibson Honey really made the process of moving very easy and relieving. The day the government announced that viewings will be open. one of the agents from Gibson Honey took us to the flat we had selected online. They were there before us so we didn't have to wait and everything was handled very professionally and with utmost precaution and hygiene due to covid-19. The post-selecting the flat process was also very thorough and secure.
