GoogleWe have recently rented a 3-bedroom terrace with Gibson Honey in Ruislip & the experience has been great from start to finish. Bethan, in particular, has been great - answering every question promptly & putting our minds at rest. The references process is a bit intense - done through a third-party - so be sure to forewarn your referees (employer & previous landlord/managing agent), as they’ll receive a very detailed survey to complete. Everyone at GH was great & went over & above to accommodate us - e.g. getting us into the property to take measurements, etc. before our move-in date. They also popped a card & voucher for a local pub through our letterbox after we moved in - a lovely, personal touch! Thank you, Bethan & colleagues, for everything! 🙂

GoogleThe staff were all very helpful and lovely people. Me and my partner are so pleased that we found the right property within no time. Gibson Honey provided for us 2 viewings on the same day we registered our interest. The service from the beginning was exceptional. Since we are renting for a long time now I must say that Gibson Honey are above and beyond the other agents we have used so far. On the day we moved in we received a very lovely ‘Welcome home’ card. We have never experienced such an attentiveness and care from a property agency. I rate today 5 stars for the excellent customer service, for the warm and friendly attitude of everyone from the team, and for the cute follow up via email and post card :). Daisy and Mladen

GoogleI've dealt with many lettings agents since I moved to London 3 years ago, but Gibson Honey have been by far the most professional and enjoyable to work with. Their reassurance and support through the rental contract process took a lot of the stress out of my move. I've now been in the property for almost a year and the team has always been really fast in responding to any issues that came up. Have just signed the renewal of the contract and yet again, everything went really smooth and easy. Highly recommend them!

GoogleAmazing Service!!! I’ve rented my property out through another let’s say, very local estate agent to GibsonHoney, but was recommended their service through a friend. Laura and Bethan have been great so far to work with, the property was rented very quickly and the whole process was dealt with in such a friendly yet professional way! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personal service from a team who don’t just stick your property on rightmove and then forget about you!

GoogleExceptional service from these guys as a buyer. I looked at properties from a number of estate agents and GH were the only ones who didn't try to push their own agenda on me, sell unwanted services to me or pressure me into looking at places I didn't want to. Natalie in particular went above and beyond to help me in my search, I felt like I was getting a personal service even though I was the buyer. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I instructed Gibson Honey on a sale.and was very impressed with the service i received. I found them to be proactive and responsive to our enquiries and very easy to deal with. The property had been rented and ineptly (to put it mildly) managed by another agent in Ruislip. Gibson Honey went beyond what i expected and provided a quasi management, e.g arranging for some cosmetic plaster repairs, decorating, heating system to be checked etc. all without charge, Andy generally made our lives easier. Based on my experience i have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleGibson Honey Letting Management Services I procured the services of Gibson Honey for their Letting Management Services. I was really pleased with the service they provided with everything from the initial set up of the letting agreement through to the monthly management of rent collection and any other issues that required attention during the tenancy. I had a dedicated agent which handled most of the activity, however all members of staff were on hand to lend support when required. Overall service was friendly and honest with great advice available whenever required. All documentation and statements where produced in a timely manner with no inconsistencies or irregularities, making the overall process really easy and hassle free. GoogleGibson & Honey are estate agents with a difference, they care about their clients and offer a professional service. We had appointed them to sell our flat and a deal was agreed within a weekends time, with viewing arranged within a day. We were pleased with the sale along with very happy buyer who was full of praises about the service they received from Gibson & Honey, which I would say is unusual from our previous experience of buying ! It was obvious choice for us to buy via them too and couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience, where we were kept informed and the whole deal was a smooth process. I would highly recommended them !
