Their service has been exceptional from start to finish, going extra mile for everything. Our house purchase was as smooth as it could possibly be and the communication from Natalie throughout the sale has been faultless. She answered all the questions in a timely fashion. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been a pleasure to talk to her each time. I am extremely thankful to her. I was recommended Gibson Honey and having dealt with both the sales and letting team, I also highly recommend their services across both divisions of the business. The team was very professional and incredibly helpful with brilliant communication; the team was always available to speak to and ensured they kept us in the loop throughout the process. The team also demonstrated a high level of knowledge on the local market which gave us the reassurance we were in capable hands. As anybody else, I was anxious with my new move to London but I must say, Gibson Honey really made the process of moving very easy and relieving. The day the government announced that viewings will be open. one of the agents from Gibson Honey took us to the flat we had selected online. They were there before us so we didn't have to wait and everything was handled very professionally and with utmost precaution and hygiene due to covid-19. The post-selecting the flat process was also very thorough and secure. They have been very responsive and happily attended to a request to be able to visit the flat once again for buying the furniture. Would highly recommend them!

I had a few hiccups ( from my side) yet GH ( Bethany and Aimee in particular) were constantly reassuring. Very professional, no corners cut. I'm very pleased I chose to go with these guys. GoogleI'd recommend Gibson Honey given my recent experience of their service. I was in contact with mainly one person who was very organised, efficient and excellent at setting my expectations. When I left messages and or voicemails my calls were returned promptly. The same when I emailed i was promptly respond too. Speed and quality of service is paramount in the industry and I was very happy with the service provided. I do have to single out Bethan who i am grateful too for sorting out specifics I requested in the contract. A happy customer indeed - many thanks!

GoogleHave always been uneasy with the thought of dealing with estate agents from issues in the past, although I could not recommend these guys more. Our house purchase was as smooth as it could possibly be and the communication from Natalie throughout the sale has been excellent. Really reliable with all questions being answered along the way and it really made the purchase less stressful, so thank you so so much Natalie and thank you to the whole team!
