GoogleFantastic experience when I sold my house. Kevin and his team take the stigma that estate agents come with and make you realise that you shouldn't stereotype. He is highly personable and professional. You can tell he works tirelessly on small details to make the upheaval the seller goes through painless. Everything that happens is confirmed in writing and his advice allowed us to sell above asking price within 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company and you've got to ask why you would go else where especially when his pricing is the best I found. To sell now it's about the Internet and his company is on all the websites so why pay more to a showroom estate agent? I found my new house on the Internet and it didn't matter who had it up for sale. Thankyou Kev

GoogleGibson Honey helped us with placing our flat on rent. I must say that the experience has been absolutely fantastic. Their customer service and willingness to help was over and beyond what I could have expected! They were extremely knowledgeable about the market and their advice all through the process was vital. They were clear and timely with all their communication and within a matter of days they had conducted viewings and sourced a suitable tenant. The admin process was not cumbersome whatsoever and their proactive approach with sharing information was refreshing. FacebookWe sold our flat with Gibson Honey and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. It wasn’t until, we dealt with the Estate Agents who we were buying from, that we realised how good Gibson Honey are. First of all they are professional, friendly and most importantly- honest and trustworthy. You know what they are telling you is true and you are always guaranteed to be kept in the loop. Natalie was fantastic, she phoned us with every update and was with us throughout the whole selling/buying process. Gibson Honey is a local company with local staff (we even bumped into Kevin, the owner, in the pub) And because of this - they really care. We even got a hand delivered Happy New Home card which was a really nice touch. The Estates Agents we bought with couldn’t even manage a congratulations when we picked up the keys! Gibson Honey are definitely not your stereotypical Estate Agents that we all have heard about - if you want to sell or purchase through a trustworthy, friendly and professional company with a stress free experience then Gibson Honey are the ones to use!

FacebookOver the last two years we have been endeavouring to sell our house and all the way through our journey Kevin, Natalie and the team at Gibson Honey have never given up. Always finding new potential buyers, following up leads and finally finding our buyer. From then Natalie really stepped up ensuring that both parts of the chain kept the process moving along. They are there to provide a personal touch rather than just add a property to rightmove and wait for the calls. When they found out current home for us, Kevin walked in, knew it matched our requirements and phoned us immediately. The rest is history. We have a rental which Laura has been working with us on. No question is too small and she is always there to lend an ear / dish some advice. While Gibson Honey remain so customer centric and service orientated, I don’t believe we would ever put our faith in another agent in quite the same way.

GoogleI have let my property with Gibson Honey for many years they have always found me the most amazing tenants and I have had the opportunity to choose the most suitable tenants for the property as they have always found more than one interested. They are extremely professional and always on the other end of the phone to give invaluable advice when needed.
